Mannyy 982 Share Posted May 24, 2021 "To my love, Anna Henrietta, My dearest Anna, I write to you now as it pains me to show my face and look you in the eyes which hide behind a mask of my recent infidelity. As both you and I have discovered Eudora Mildred and her temptress ways have left a scar across a relationship once shrouded in purity and perfection. Having taken advantage of me at the night of our most recent party, in which I was heavily intoxicated, this vile wench had seduced me and brought me to her bed, with which I admittedly had taken part. My role in such cannot be dismissed, but I plead only your forgiveness. In any other circumstance, such matters could be resolved quickly and attentively, however, this matter brings a special case. Eudora is with child, and though I would expect the seductress vixen to be playing some sort of trick or deceitful manipulation, such is not so in this case, nor could it be proved. Though I hold no fondness in my heart towards this *****, the thoughts of my child linger, as I am certain that one Eudora Mildred will be no more successful a Mother as she is a person. I have agreed with her to keep the child, and raise it as our own, in exchange for a minor sum which is negligible to our vast wealth. I cannot let this woman raise my child. All I ask from you is forgiveness, and the strength to carry on with this child of such malicious intent." SIGNED, Baron Charles Augustus d’Arkent Spoiler Blanch gave this to me, it is approved oocly
DahStalker 3692 Share Posted May 24, 2021 The author of the most recent publications shakes her head as she wonders what sort of family hides the true mother of a child before abandoning them on their sixteenth birthday over the angry shakes regarding an Emporium. She recalls the old days of the real Carrington's who consisted of an assortment of adoptees and never did anything of the sort akin to this cruelty. ydegirl 2357 Share Posted May 24, 2021 Anne Adelheid thought it was rather convenient that they now only just thought to release the letter. Much like any other learned woman, Adelheid thought these letters to be fake or fabricated.

zuziee 4004 Share Posted May 24, 2021 Maisie d'Arkent would shake her head "Bah! It doesn't even have a date on it nor a name to the child in question. For all we know it could be about the current Baron!"
winterblood 11181 Share Posted May 24, 2021 Margaux Helvets wore a heavy frown as she overheard more details of the latest scandal of Providence, she shook her head as her fingers idly turned over the Lorraine crosses that hung from her neck. "Seven Skies," the weary woman uttered, displeasure and disappointment lurking within her green eyes. "To see how far these people have strayed from GOD; their lavish and idle lives amidst the courts of the Augustine and the streets of Providence have blinded them of their values. Families mistake the stars reflected on the surface of the pond at night for the Seven Heavens above." "They extend their hands out toward these false and hollow goals, and it shall only end with misfortune and grief." bickando 3967 Share Posted May 25, 2021 "Fake news! Nobody calls their spouse by their first AND middle names!" exclaimed Pretty Princess Helen to her tragically-injured, obese courier, who had been afforded a lame mule to carry her news from the capital. "Johanna, where's Viktor?" she then asked idly, before returning to her exercises - she hadn't become the pretty princess by eating and lying around all day, after all. Work out, kids. Philip Michael was sitting idly in his mother's room, while she was looking through the recent Carrington drama. The gray-eyed boy carefully listened to her comment, before turning his head to her. "Is this my aunt, mother?" he'd pause for moment. "The one which tried to harm you?" @Fie
