In publicizing the ascension we the subjects of the Reinmaren Empire do so swear our fealty to her Imperial Highness in this Gronna and Droba of 380 E.S. We also note the appointment of the previous Kaiser Reinhardt Barclay as Lord Commander of The Armies. We can promise appointments to those spreading and sharing their loyalty to the Empire at a later date, to be decided by her Imperial Highness at her own discretion.
