We, the constituents, proclaim the founding of our charity organisation dubbed the Marnantine Hall. Let it be known far and wide, from the most northern freezing edges of the Empire to the most southern ones who’s embrace is of warmth. Our grasp is similar to the latter, we embrace the destitute and attend to their needs. All those who reside in the Holy Orenian Empire or seek to settle are under our purview and we are bound to assist. 

 

Our foundation shall bear the name of Joseph Marna, whose rights are the core of our state. Yet what Right to Life are you afforded, if you sleep on the streets and wonder when your next meal would come? No more, for we, the Marnantines shall shelter the homeless, feed the starving, cure the sick, employ the unemployed and enfold the impoverished subjects of the Crown with solicitude.
