Stagnancy is never but a thorn in our society and nothing good comes of it, thus it is imperative we aim towards progress to ensure the prosperity of our blessed bastion. I am pleased to announce the newly reformed prices regarding the taxes that are mandatory for all residents of Haelun’or. 

The prices can be seen below, and they will come in effect at the moment this missive is published. Taxes are collected each year, so our blessed residents have more than plenty to gather income and provide to the state. All Ibar’thilln can be purchased from the Silver Bank.

It is also my pleasure to announce the newly reformed Lazul Market Square that works as the meeting place for all merchants of Almaris. We are inviting all races who wish to establish a store within the walls of the shining jewel of Haelun’or - Karinah’shiol. The Prices are not set in stone and will be offered on a negotiation basis, however an estimate for the pricing is something between 1-4 ibar per year. 

 

If you wish to join the esteemed club of merchants, please do not hesitate to send a letter to my office so we may arrange a meeting and agree upon a favorable deal from both sides.
