For the last several years, Borris Iver Kortrevich has taken it upon himself to write poetry, pushing it out to the people. In pride, House Kortrevich has decided that in order to properly celebrate the young lords accomplishments in the arts, that a poetry slam would be a wonderful idea in the attempt to not only promote the art within the household, but as well as encourage others within the Kingdom to try their hand at it as well.

The event is to take place within the Jerovitz foyer. Each person with a poetic piece they would like to present will do so up on the foyer stage in front of a panel of judges. As the pieces are presented, the judges will give a score based on the creativity, structure, and overall artistic value of the piece. Once all the pieces have been presented, the judges will pick a first, second and third place winner.

The first place winner will be awarded a 150 mina prize, the second place winner a 100 mina prize, and the third place winner a 50 mina prize.

Regardless of whether or not one placed in the top three, everyone who presented their poetry will be given the opportunity to have their piece published if they so wish.

A ghost, a grandpa, an olden menance awakens in whatever primordial goop he was within.  As the concepts of the world whim into that of his brain, this eldritch cretin would remember by far the best piece of poetry ever crafted.

A watching ghoul of the past, a fellow of red and eyes of null, claps along with an eldritch man. Only, he too rejoices and remembers a poetry of an old Dealer, "Grief."
