We are happy to announce that with our re-opening, we have now sorted all of our previous literature and hundreds of new books as well into several different categories so that you, our dear reader, may peruse each one at your leisure. [!] Viction Trito looking to check out a book in the library of Talon’s Port! WRITING CONTEST With our grand re-opening, the Talon’s Tales and Tomes Library Staff will be hosting a writing contest with a grand prize of fifty mina, and any runner ups will see their piece of work displayed in the library alongside our first place winner! The genre for this round of the contest will be Spooky Fiction, or Horror Fiction! Get on out here and show us what you’ve got, we’re always open! If a librarian isn’t available for your stories, leave them in our donation box and we’ll be more than happy to reach out with a bird to let you know if you’ve won. The deadline for this event is the 22nd of the First Seed! (Friday 4/22) BOOK CLUBAlso with our grand re-opening, the Talon’s Tales and Tomes staff is excited to announce a new yearly book club on each Grand Harvest of each year going forward! Upon the first meeting of the Tales and Tomes Book Club on the 30th of The Grand Harvest (Saturday 4/30 at around 5:30pm EST each evening), each member who signs up will be given a free copy of a book to read over the year, and when we return the following year, we shall go over the books, how we felt about them, and what genres we all prefer going forward!
