ISSUED BY:

THE CROWN

On this 9th of Tov And Yermey, 432 ES

After having been captured in battle, captive Casimir Vilchyc, Piast of the Vistulian people, a man deemed worthy of honour and respect as per a conversation between himself and the King of Hanseti-Ruska, as well as their deep-rooted familial ties of having defended the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska in ancient Scyfling Wars, did agree to a better means of working out their differences rather than through method of execution.

So be it confirmed, by virtue of their honourable agreement, that Casimir Vilchyc, Piast of the Vistulian Clandom, shall remain under house-arrest within the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska for the duration of the war under the following terms;

I. Casimir Vilchyc is to remain within the Haeseni capital of Karosgrad for the duration of the war.*

II. With prior alert sent to a Haeseni agent or official, Casimir Vilchyc may have visitors at any time during the war under the guard of a soldier of the BSK, unless stated otherwise.**

III. Any letters sent to or from Casimir Vilchyc must be read beforehand by a Haeseni agent or official.**

IV. The Vistulian people are to remain neutral in the war, not to assist in any further battles against NATO.*

*The breaching of terms I and IV, as well as any attempt to free Casimir Vilchyc from house-arrest, shall warrant Casimir Vilchyc be sentenced to a noble execution.

**The breaching of terms II and III shall be left to the discretion of an Officer of the BSK, to decide a punishment based on the severity of the crime.

His Royal Majesty KARL III by the Grace of Godan, King of Hanseti and Ruska, Grand Hetman of the Army, Prince of Bihar, Dules, Lahy, Muldav, Solvesborg, Slesvik and Ulgaard, Duke of Carnatia and Vanaheim, Margrave of Korstadt, Rothswald and Vasiland, Count of Alban, Alimar, Baranya, Graiswald, Karikhov, Karovia, Kaunas, Kavat, Kovachgrad, Kvasz, Markev, Nenzing, Torun, and Toruv, Viscount of Varna, Baron of Esenstadt, Kraken’s Watch, Kralta, Krepost, Lorentz, Rytsburg, Thurant, Venzia and Astfield, Lord of the Westfolk, Fidei Defensor, Protector of the Highlanders, etcetera.
