B.A Following the declaration of a Holy Crusade against the heathen darkspawn that taints GODs terra, the Crown in cooperation with the Vuiller Administration and Chambers has seen it fit to ensure the testing of our folk. Therefore I, Sir Rev Vuiller de Aquilea, hereby declare that the Lectorate and Crusade shall be allowed to run their tests within the borders of Balian without any interference. Those found to be darkspawn shall be offered a cure, if declined they shall be publicly executed by beheading or the pyre with the utmost haste.
