If they are permitted then we will have a war as toxic and bad as the Oren vs Acre one. Spoiler To be fair, this being forced to be internal conflict makes no sense. Acre having to post a rebellion warclaim to maintain their land because of an OOC eviction makes no sense for a narrative. Balian and Haense should be allowed to participate if a warclaim is enforced, given the roleplay that has transpired leading up to this point.
