Azdrazi in the Heartlands

Just moments after the construction of New Vienne had concluded, Her Majesty’s first ever Royal Assembly of citizens was ambushed by a deranged lizard-kin. He sought to harm the royal ladies of House Alstion by throwing a javelin of malflame across the throne room. Luckily the women escaped with few injuries save Princess Anna Lucilla who is currently being treated. 

 

This beast roams the Heartlands, and likely the rest of Almaris, with little justice brought for such a crime. He could likely attack surrounding kingdoms next, seeking to do the same as he failed to do in Aaun. 

 

Take this as a warning to the people of Almaris, this beast is not to be trusted. 

 

Attached was a depiction of the lizard-kin in his dragonic form; we are unaware of how he appears otherwise.

An 'akal with an assortment of eyes looked over the missive as it was handed to him. He stood there in silence for several moments before those pupils shifted to serpentine slits and offered a tilt of his head toward the Naztherak. Though his maw never moved, words still escaped him as he wondered "Can we even make spears of malflame? That sounds useless in comparison to what we can do." 

The being did pace for several more moments as he pondered the image just at the top. Finally he critiqued, "Terrible, terrible angle they got on me with this one. More snake and less goat-like next time."
