My dear Brothers and Sisters of the Brotherhood of Saint Karl, It is with a heavy heart that I must announce my resignation as Lord Marshal of our beloved organization. After much reflection and soul-searching, I have come to the difficult decision that it is time for me to step down and make way for new leadership. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as your Lord Marshal for so many years. Together, we have accomplished great things and made a positive impact in the world. I am proud of what we have achieved, and I will always cherish the memories of our shared experiences. I am confident that the Brotherhood will continue to thrive under the guidance of our talented and dedicated members. I have no doubt that you will continue to uphold the values that have made us strong: honor, integrity, and service to others. Although I will no longer be serving as Lord Marshal, I remain committed to the mission of the Brotherhood and to the betterment of our communities. I look forward to supporting the organization in new ways and to watching it grow and evolve under new leadership. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all of you for your support, your dedication, and your friendship. It has been an honor to serve alongside you, and I will always treasure the memories we have made together. My last act as Lord Marshal is to announce my recommendation for the position: Lieutenant Wilheim Barclay.
