From my perspective, hyspia has normal vassal conditions, they never committed diplomatic missions nor have declared war, which are some aspects of an autonomous vassal. There isn’t a main stream farfolk community, this isn’t some new heartlanders/Northerner community but a different sect, which deserves its own space. Numendil isn’t human based but it’s for the adunian community as well. I understand your concern, but forcing others into other communities to stay in some nation who doesn’t or wouldn’t value their Irp traditions or rp in general.
