TO THE PEOPLE OF AAUN,

 

It is with great sorrow that The Ducal house of Ivanovich, announces the passing of Ser Istvan Ivanovich and The Presumed death of His Grace Andrezj Ivanovich. The Duke-Emeritus finally passed after originally succumbing to an infection he gained after his last duel, Whilst the Duke left on a trip and has not returned from his Adventures.

With the Passing of the Duke of Stran, The Duchy will pass to His brother, János Mátyás.

A Small Funeral service Will be held within the Duchy on the Month of Horens Calling.

Before the gates of the Castle Arpacz, János Ivanovich, the new Duke of Styria, dismounted his steed with a demeanor that spoke of resolute purpose. He gazed upwards at the towering Castle, declaring, "Moy will breathe Viat into this dormant Ksizadom." Offering a reassuring nod at all those gathered there with him.

Istvan awoke upon feeling a comforting warmth. He sat upwards as he looked around. Upon realizing that he had finally passed into the seven skies a smile formed upon his lips. "Finally." He murmured. In the distance he saw both of his parents waiting for him, gazing towards him. A hearty laugh now left the deceased Duke's lips. "Mamej! Papej!" He cried as he ran towards them, eager to embrace them. Finally, after so many long years, he was with his parents again, the ones who raised him to be the best man he could be. @Optimus420@Marshi

Once the Lady Ivanovich and now the Baroness of Brasca, Viktoria held a match over a previously unlit wick of a candle. It flickered, casting shadows over her features as her palms then clasped over her cross, veiled head bowing forth. A prayer, one in silence is murmured and the woman did not leave her place that night, standing stout as she prayed for her elder brother and her nephews soul in the Seven Skies.

Her Grace, Izabela Ivanovich, spent the coming days inside her quarters mourning the loss of her late husband and even more so for her son. She hoped Andrezj had not truly met his end on lands far from home, that perhaps he had just found new opportunities elsewhere and would one day return, though that was only the wishful thinking of a grieving mother.
