Though Sigmar Baruch was off fighting his own battle alongside his new dwarven friend, Sigrun Stonehammer, he applauded the effort of Vasiliy 'The Gateman" for his efforts.

Vylandris Vuln'ibar swears to solemnly keep the Dancer of Brasca, Vasili Vanrov, in his heart in tumultuous times. For if he could overcome numerous adversaries by dancing his heart out, then Vylandris could too.

Hans of Whitespire poured a cold one over for Vasili, having witnessed the man's glorious sacrifice to bypass the Veletzian defenses, and thusly allow victory for the Covenant. Hans vows to himself that one day, he'd be as cool as Vasili.

Vindacus recalls the brave soul, Vasily of Haense, remembering standing beside him atop the inner gatehouse before the heroic man leapt into the fray. In the battle he would follow in his example, ensuring that the gate stayed open and that his sacrifice and distraction were not in vain!

"such a brave soul, he who would so beautifully give his own life for his comrades," he said after the Veletzer's last holdout in the castle was cleared. He uttered a little prayer for him, thanking his spirit for driving the last nail in their conquest of the Brasca.
