Return of a Haense Baron

I hereby pay forth three hundred minas for the safe return of Baron Anatoliy Godunov from Haense as their benefactor; after the baron, his people and his queen were captured and held within Veletzian homelands. Whilst I have no part in this war officially, it is still perfectly reasonable for one not to so freely allow captives leave at my behest, and thus I am grateful.
