Following ten years of loyal service as Lord Palatine, Viscount Walter Weiss has notified Us of his intent to resign his office and to focus on his family and the ongoing war effort against Veletz. We thank the Viscount for his years of service to Us and his devotion to the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, and wish him well with his future endeavours. May all Haeseni strive to serve their Kingdom as he has.

 

With the Office of Lord Palatine vacant, We find it necessary and prudent to appoint a new Lord Palatine to continue the work of overseeing Our government and assisting Us in realising the prosperous future that We envision for this Kingdom. To that end, We appoint Josef Patriarch Jorenus (@Pureimp10) to the position of Lord Palatine and bestow him with the Golden Bulava to wield the authority of that office. We have great confidence in his ability and look forward to seeing what he shall accomplish.

 

The ‘Veinir Bulava’, known in common as the ‘Bestowing of the Bulava’, was held following the decisive victory at the Battle of Crimson Banks.
