The last several years has seen the course of humanity change at full speed. A new reign has begun, and lives have been lost to war and turmoil. Many have relocated and spread themselves amongst prospering new realms and as such, the Courts believe that a census to correctly identify those within the Kingdom is due.

 

To ensure that those who remain within the Kingdom effectively support our Queen and our nation, a census is published for all those residing within the Kingdom of Balian to complete. 

 

Every citizen should be registered regardless of age or duration within the city. Those who hold only a business address and not a residence, should also complete the form.
