Upon the recent occasions, The Crown see’s it fit that amendments be made to the ranks within the council of Hyspia. The hope these new additions bring, is overwhelming and soon changes are to be seen with these alterations.

THE CROWN

The Ruling Caste; The House de Pelear

 

 

The Royal House de Pelear having ruled four generations, has been a reigning monarchy once known as the viceroyalty under DIOS, then once gaining further independence from Haenseni-Ruska, the nation has become a Sovereignty. Working for the better of the people with values of swordsmanship and honor, the de Pelear family is prided as the Stallions of the nation, holding strong for their people and keeping grace among the citizenry. It is with great honor they serve the nation and host the crown of Hyspia for a brighter dawn.

THE SOVEREIGN OF HYSPIA 

 

The Sovereign of Hyspia holds the highest authority in the realm, being the lawfully crowned protector of the Hyspian peoples and territories. Therefore, all councils within Hyspia must comply with the Sovereign's authority and execute their will. As it pertains to the Royal Council of Hyspia, the Sovereign retains the right to appoint or dismiss any councilor within the Hyspian governance at their discretion.

RAMONA OF HYSPIA is the present Sovereign of Hyspia, as is her right as the firstborn child and heiress to the late Viceroy Cesar II of Hyspia and his consort, Karyna of Malkovya. Ramona’s reign started at the end of the Covenant War when the nation's populace had taken a hit. Since Ramona's reign started, the nation had doubled in size, and she held a peaceful nation that was only working to grow. Now having five royal children in the palace to help with the duties of the monarchy after the passing of the late Prince Consort Dimitri Otto of Koravia. Thus far, her reign has been characterized by the revitalization of the local Hyspian populace and culture.

 

 

THE HEIR OF HYSPIA

 

The Heiress of Hyspia, A title passed only one other time to a female destined for greatness. The Duchess of Pariso currently resides within the palace and now attends the government as its acting Grand Chancellor.

SANTANA OF HYSPIA has always found her way through the world. Finding herself a bright and charming wit, with aspirations of greatness. Santana was known as a beacon of life within The Sovereignty. The Heiress married Luis Murietta, and they have welcomed three beautiful girls into the city. She spends her days spearheading the Hyspian Sovereignty and overseeing the finer aspects alongside her Mother. There is a spark of true greatness that the Heiress hosts, and continues to share.

The Council of Hyspia is a prestigious group hand-selected by the Sovereign and Crown-Princess. With light in mind and the blessing of DIOS, the Council of Hyspia seeks to ensure the continued peace and prosperity of Hyspia. Each role is a vital need and each individual is selected based on their willingness and ability to show initiative. There are great hopes for the following individuals and a certain expectation they surely will seek to precede.

THE COLONEL 

 

While heavy may the crown weigh, a sword and shield seem to host similar. The colonel of Hyspia known to run the nations military and see to a continued resurgance of prosoparity has been a task left in shadows for quite some time. Finding a new and redone expectation as the Military regrows its ranks and forces, is not a task to be taken for granted. May DIOS bless this optimistic renewal.

JOAQUIN OF CAMPOS SALVAJES is the acting Colonel of Hyspia. Baron of Campos Salvajes and patriarch of the House of Salazar, Once a common man running rodeos and starring in the daily life of La Dorada. He has risen to his station, finding new ways to improve and shed light on the Military and its formerly confusing roles. He has since found himself a family man with a bright look on life and a strong arm for raising swords to a battle field.

 

 

THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR 

 

To govern a nation is no small feat, to run the treasury, ensure financial stability is not one that should be taken lightly either. The Minister of Interior holds the responsibility of running all taxes and keeping the nations bank growing. Running three stewardry and ensuring the city is kept in solid condition. The prosperity of the nation is a unique and fickle matter that the minister is upholding.

LUIS OF RAMONADORA is the current Minister of Treasury serving under Ramona I of Hyspia. Once a common chicken farmer, formerly Luis of house Murietta, has married the Crown-Princess Santana, the two have a unity to be forever marked in history, as the Murietta house a loyal and dedicated one always seen to serve the crown. Remarkably, Luis has expressed interest in being a part of Hyspias council and working for the better of the nation. He finds himself in a new position to create a further historical importance to be surely noted.

 

 

THE DIPLOMATIC ENVOY 

 

The Task of a Diplomatic Envoy is not one to be taken lightly. Not only must the Counselor be cool-headed and bright. He must also show his capabilities to maintain peace across nations. The Envoy is tasked with overseeing all diplomatic affairs across Aevos on Hyspia’s behalf. He is also charged with the unique situation of finding others who are amenable to this trade. Developing long-lasting peace and ensuring unity within the nation.

 

The Present Diplomatic Envoy:

His Highness, Infante Rafael del Maravilla, Baron of Evaristus

RAFAEL OF HYSPIA is the current Diplomatic Envoy serving under Ramona I of Hyspia. Rafael formerly of the de Pelear family has since become the Lord del Maravilla and Baron of Evaristus. Finding himself in a dual leadership position with his younger sister the Baroness of Clemete. Rafael is known as a bright and shining individual, who is the perfect choice for such a trivial position.

 

 

THE CHAMBERLAIN

 

The Chamberlain of Hyspia is a role that is expected to come out of hiding in the absence of a Sovereign-Consort. After the passing of the late Prince-Consort Dimitri of Koravia, this role has become an attuned to the Royal courts. The Chamberlain is here-by entirely in-charge of the Court Grasiol and given complete control to do as needed under the watchful eye of the Sovereign.

RENATA OF HYSPIA is the current Princess Royal of Hyspia. Her Highness, A prized gem of the royal collection has since become the Baroness of Clemente sharing the title of Lady del Maravilla with her brother, in a dual leadership. The Infanta has come from strides, growing within the sandstone palace within Hyspia, to a bright flowering woman who commands order and inspires change. A natural leader, and an excellent addition to the Royal Council.
