Liridona, who had been watching over her kin from the Skies, rushed to greet her cousin with a tight embrace. In his presence, she was youthful again, just as they were children running through Karosgrad.

”Sterling! Vy finally made it!” She smiled. “Welcome home, coz.”

Sofia, once a Queen served by the Knight, would greet the man upon his arrival of the Seven Skies. One of the few she deigned to greet, she peered upon his silver hair with curiosity. "So old, Ser Sterling,"

Within the safety of the barracks, there remained a lone woman. Twentytwo of age, she had been raised and shaped by the Duke himself, whom she considered family more than her own blood. There was not a frown upon her visage, nor a shedded tear in sight; only anger.

"Oh, My Duke.." Lucia had mused, over and over, in a chorus of mournful laments. Serving the Lord of Brabant was her only purpose, and she did feel useful for how little it lasted, yet now she was lordless.

A scaled deviless paced in her small home, she'd not heard from her cousin in months. Mircalla furrowed her brows deeply, she lit a candle, and hoped... she hoped wherever he was, he was safe.

"Ser Sterling..." John Casimir lamented the old knight's death, sorrow gripping tight. "You once said I would make good king, given time. I wish I could've proven you right, before the end." Still, the youth had an obligation to fulfil. He swore to protect those now at the mercy of the insidious. "Your sacrifice for Silasia and your people shan't be in vain. I'll honour my pledge, and do all that I can in the battles to come."

Aurelia was unmoving, her form huddled within the blanket given to her to ensure she was feeling some sort of warmth, yet she felt none. she lay hidden within it, upon the clinic that showed little respite from what she had done or faced. She was unmoving as silent tears rolled down her cheeks as she silently cried for her father.

"You accepted me when the Kingdom i was born in turned their back on me" Said Sir Ephrem to himself while training, his Bo Staff was brought with strength towards the head of a training dummy "Never asked questions or even treated me differently, and for that Sterling, i shall see your last desire fulfilled. Rest in peace" And so, the Oscilith hit the training dummy once more, the hay that filled its head flew all around the training grounds.

49 minutes ago, TheNerdocalypse said:

Lann just realized that this may have been a giant mistake on his part. "...Shit..." Spoke the one who lead the capturing and killing of the king.

The Jackalope oversaw Lann's reaction with a wide-set, fanged grin. About her ankles, two imps rattled their blades.

"The first bark to startle a flock"  Saoírse Radomavic declared with a hissing intake of breath "Now, we may drive them to where they are best hunted" With that, the co-conspirator to Lann, joined in the art of king slaying, turned back to her writings & preparations.

"If only he was able to play the fiddle"

"OUR TIME HAS ARRIVED! CHAOS UNFOLD. FOES EVERYWHERE! BE PREPARED, ARMY OF MINE!"

The Necromantic tyrant commanded from her throne as the underlings below her roared for their victory and for the bloodshed that was soon to come. She rose from the throne to pick up the crown the previous king wore and place it upon her head, mockingly. Her twisted yellowish teeth were presented in a wicked manner. And soon, her hands were covered in a blackened hue, a dreadful aura filling the room as the life force was erupted into the sky in a dark spectacle of abyssal flames to announce all within the lair of what  she had done today. Her plan to fight all in chaos—to achieve the ultimate dream and war—and the Igarashi empire was getting closer. Then, she cackled.

"KAKAAKAKAKOHOHKAKAK!

THE ABYSSAL HEITH-HEDRAN FLAMES SHALL CONSUME ALL!"

Lord Starling spent days locked up in his house, mourning in the study. Ever so often, a glimpse of the keep reminded him of his mistake.
"It's my fault. . . I should have stepped inside." He said between tears "Maybe His Grace would still be alive, maybe I would have taken his place"

His guilt forced him to stay in a few days more.

Valerius, the wicked necromancer stood beside its resurrected corpse, their lifeless body enslaved and shackled to the will of the Villian "We shall wreck havoc together, your days of war have not yet stopped... only started" from their desiccated maw, a horrid laugh emanated, as rough as the sands of the desert dunes itself.
