Bon'Ox stands before a difficult decision - to side with elf-loving brothers or to side with darkspawn-loving halflings.
Both sides seem to be speaking truth, how much of it - that is the question.
 

On one side, Urukhim should stand togeather against the darkspawn.
On the other, warring against Halflings seems very dishonorable.

And he's not very fond of elves, which both sides seem to be harboring within their realm.
Thus Bon'Ox decides he'll let the situation continue for a little while before making choice.
