I write this as the first volume of a Knights compendium, as I research into the Knights of the Order of the Stallion and those who were knighted before the order was formed. Each volume will include three Knights, their known deeds and monikers. For the Knights of Hyspia reading this, consider me for Page services, I can fit into small spaces!

Ser Blanca-Francisca de Pelear ‘the Chimera’ - 1938 to current

@TheBigBubbles

Ser Blanca-Francisca de Pelear was the fourth-born child of Viceroy Cesar II and his wife, Karyna of Malkovya. She grew up fighting in what she’d believed in, and fight she did. It wasn’t until later in her life that she would be Knighted by her sister, the ascended Ramona I, the night before a great battle would take place in which it was believed Ser Blanca may die.

Named the first female Knight of Hyspia, she went on to take the honorific of ‘Ser’, instead of the classic Dame setting precedent for future female Knights in having that same choice.

Ser Blanca had survived her battle, and went on to fight many more. She would not receive her moniker for many years, not until the passing of her sister and the ascension of her grand-niece, Xiomara I to the throne, having dubbed her ‘the Chimera’.

Many of her battles were known to be for the greater good of the realm, whether seafaring, fighting dragons or partaking in battles that most assuredly meant death.

Ser Konstantin Arpa ‘the Bear’ - 1936 to 1988

@Optimus420

Ser Konstantin was a man of which was not Hyspian by birth, having hailed from foreign lands by the name of Vlachia. Upon the exodus of his people, he and a few of his men would come to take up permanent residence within the Sovereign State of Hyspia. It was there that he had become the first of what would have been known at the time of a royal guard, protecting Ramona I and her family diligently for many years.

Many wars and conflicts alike had passed, the long-standing Veletz war one of them, having saved many citizens' lives. It was when Ramona I husband Dimitri of Koravia had passed, that some years later they would choose to remarry. He forgone any titles and power this may have given him, keeping Ramona I company in her final years, until eventually she would pass on.

It was at the court of the ascended Xiomara I that Konstantin was named as Ser Konstantin ‘the Bear’, recognizing his work and deeds throughout the years.

Ser Julian I ‘the Volatile’ - 1980 to current

@teeylin

Ser Julian, originally Julian Salazar, is known to be the youngest Knight in Hyspias history. At the age of eight years old, he knelt before the recently made Crown-Princess Xiomara and made his fealty known, pledging to protect her after the murder of her mother. It was mere days later that in the court held by the eight year old Crown-Princess turned Sovereign that he was knighted as Ser Julian, though granted no moniker.

His words of fealty would be proven true over the years, having guarded the Sovereign and shadowed her every step, going as far as to be her taste tester in meals. In his younger years, he was known to get into all forms of trouble and harm people frequently. His moniker of ‘the Volatile’ is rumored to be due to this, much to the denial of the Sovereign.

Known to be an explosive man and fiercely protective of those he loves, he would be most well-known for his boomsteel warhammer, known to slam into the rib cages of darkspawn frequently.

Ser Julian furthermore would go on to marry the woman he so diligently followed, named as her equal in all, dubbing him Ser Julian I, Sovereign of Hyspia. He would go on to form the Order of the Stallion, in which organized once aimless Knights.

"My lovely daughter" commented Ser Cirilla, a smile on her face while her fingers tracked the parchment "Look Dante I'm cooler than you!" The Serpent knight swatted at her husbands arm with a grin looking to her colleagues section of the document.

Blanca read through the loving compendium, she stood atop a cliff, at the edge of the world, with three companions, and a roaring fire. The elderly woman shed a tear in recognition for the effort put into such a work.
