The war that grips this continent has left us in a brutal struggle to lay waste to our enemy in order to win this destructive conflict. In such times that all attention must be put into the war effort, I, THORIN ROSTOVA, Captain-General of the Royal Ravenmirian Army, hereby issue the following military decrees. All citizen ships within Ravenmirian waters capable of performing maritime combat will be temporarily transferred into active duty warships, to be returned to civilian ownership in the aftermath of the war with the HORENIC COVENANT. All officers of the Royal Ravenmirian Army are hereby ordered to collect materials necessary for the production of combat-ready warships. All shipbuilders of Ravenmire are summoned to meet with the Captain-General of Ravenmire to discuss ship building. Specific active duty warships will be tasked with patrolling the waters of the KINGDOM OF BALIAN to ensure their maritime trade is disrupted and to hinder the naval dominance of the schismatic Kingdom in their home waters. In effect, a blockade is now in place. Stand proud, men of Ravenmire. Through these efforts, we will triumph over the schismatics who believe themselves still capable of winning this war.
