"This sounds like a money making scheme to charge people for permits. . " commented a vagrant of the name Amaru.

"Come and try it, valah" Chuckled mya sipping on a glass of white wine as she rested within her home, blazing blue eyes peering over the missive as it burn't up within her palm

"Calling the arcane an Ibleesian magic is like calling alchemy knowledge from Hell. I was expecting our allies to be more wise in these matters, lest they imply they won the war with 'Ibleesian' assistance." Olga would speak as she read the missive in complete disappointment, signing the lorraine. As she signed the lorraine, a burgundy mirrage of her own arm followed the action with a delay of one second. She would sigh as that occured.

"It is progress....only backwards" Walter let out a sigh, sitting somewhere outside Soleaum. "I could have sworn Nepir spoke of something like this before. How difficult it is to be open minded while keeping in touch with your values?"

Tomes, the haggard old wizard sat upon his office when he stumbled across this missive amidst the many that his doll had collected. He adjusted his glasses as a puff of smoke vacated his lips, his smoking pipe hanging from his lips  lighting up with an inhale.

"And so, as certain as the Moon's ebb and flow shifts the tide of our seas, the people of Canon make their most idiotic decree in this age known... I begin to wonder if any learned live in those halls, or if they are all secular monks, who are far too afraid to set foot out of their monasteries, and so stiffle their own knowing."

And so, with a flick of his clearly "Ibleesian" connected hands, a small wisp of flame consumed the paper, curling in a void born flame as he  sighed.

"Totally reasonable demands! Le mages need a code of conduct aswell!" the squire of 300lbs would comment.

... meanwhile a goblin is cackling to himself after being shown this missive. Gleeful at the chaos happening around him.

The old mage Seth rolled his eyes beneath his mask within the safety of Haelun'or. "Kin, we have a problem. Undeads and other dark spawn uses swords and crossbows and so on, making it tools of the Grand Betrayer. Their path of logic would demand no weapon to be used by the living."

"The quickest way to stop a bad guy with magic is a good guy with magic!" Warns Elathion as the Burgundians seek to implement mage-control. "The do-badders will be very fond of this."

A VOIDAL NUN of old wept! "The Haeseni must be purposefully boycotting the church, considering that Callahan himself made me a nun!!!!"

"For one moment Church and Burgionne. Could you just chill for one moment?" would a administration worker say to themself while sitting on a bench after a long work day just attempting to enjoy their now ruined free time. It wasn't a wise idea to read the newest letters for the sake of a chill day.

A lone 'ker scans the missive with his gilded optics, and with a bright and prideful smile forming on his features he simply states "Bold but interesting nonetheless, I’m curious how long they can keep pushing boundaries before it finally backfires." Being of the void himself, the mali easily burned the missive to ashes and walked.

Anna passed the missive, halting and turning at its topic, "Oh dear, This will do nothing but contribute to a larger backlash— the pit deepens." she wasn't fond of the void despite her lost past but she knew their power was to be respected.

The Pale Wick would think back to when such hunts were commonplace, centuries had passed since then. A shame that such a barbaric tradition was on the horizon once more, she thought.  Her gaze turned to the window, paper crumpling in hand as it was flung into a hearth.

Razad was busy fighting a thousand wars in the afterlife, cloaked in the glory of eternal Kaggath - knowing that the magi would only ever be safe when they had the teeth to resist tyranny and ignorance. No longer able to discern in his memory what occured when he was alive, from what was occuring in his current plane of existence, he lived for the struggle, the climb of power, in order to dominate and bring stability to the chaos that are the Magi. In this world and the next he has reigned as King of all Sorcerers, and perhaps he might be summoned from beyond the grave to once more to rally the void.....but right now in front of him he had a different challenge for his generals.  For he had another keep on the horizon to siege, for in his current plane of existence: the Kaggath was eternal.
