Preamble

 

The art of Golemancy has remained a sacred art of the Dwarven people since it was bestowed upon us by our creator. However, such an art has been spread across the Realms of Aevos and brought into the hands of the non-khazadmar. Such a situation is of utmost disrespect to the sons of Urguan. With this act, may such an affront to Urguan’s descendants be rectified.

 

The signatories hereby agree to the following:

Recognition of Golemancy

I. The art of Golemancy is hereby recognised as a sacred DWARVEN art. An art that is intrinsically integral to the Dwarven identity and only for the Dwarven People of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and any Dwarven hold approved by the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

 

II. The act of teaching Golemancy to those not of the Dwarven race shall be prohibited.

 

III. All current non-dwarven Golemancers and Golemancy activities within the signatories realms will be suspended. Any golems outside of Dwarven creation CAN remain if they were constructed before this act, but must be sent to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan for rehabilitation. The creation of further golems by non-dwarven hands  must be discontinued and prohibited.

 

IV. The continuation of Golemancy practices and the refusal to abide by the principles of this act will result in a weekly fine of 500 mina’s being levied upon the offending realm.

 

V. Any attempts by Golemancers to spread the art of golemancy outside the hands of Dwarves will be reported to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan by the signatories if such is discovered and signatories must take action by detaining the offender and sending them off to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

 

VI. All non-dwarven Golemancers within the realms of the signatories and the church must forcefully wipe the holy art of Golemancy from their memory. They may only regain such knowledge through the teachings of Ulfar Starbreaker.

 

Mineshaft Health & Safety
 

1. The former territory of the Gotrek Union, the Lonely Mountain, will be returned to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, to serve as a base of operations for the Dwarves to conduct safety inspections on any and all tunnels below the surface of the realm.

 

2. The Grand Kingdom of Urguan shall receive open-access to the mines of all signatories. The Grand kingdom of Urguan shall name five individuals within their realm to receive this privilege, as well as mining rights to the land beneath the city of Valdev.

 

3. The Signatories will banish and forbid the entry of those who continue to identify as  Celia’noreans, and those who attempt to restore the Celia’norean identity and status as a realm, delivering the offenders to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan to face trial and receive punishment.

 

Once put into effect, the entire Act shall remain active for eternity across all worlds.

This dinner will include:

- 20 large bowls of Gotrek's Onion.

- 10 large bowls of Soup of Fulfillment.

- 10 large bowls of Stone Stew.

- 50 Happy Golem's Chimichangas.

- 30 Runic Fire Steaks.

- 10 kegs of Slystel Crystal Ale.
