[!] the missive would be scattered throughout the lands of Aevos [!]

The greatest oppressive force to all sentient peoples of Aevos has and always will be the false monarchs who steal power from the masses. They seek always to wield religion and taxes as a weapon to control and compel the people into a state of sheepish compliance… And it has come again. The forces of evil have united under the banner of the empire of man, and their false emperor… No man, elf, dwarf, nor halfling can declare themselves monarch and absolute ruler over another and for that crime all who dare enact such decrees must pay with their lives…

I bid all freedom loving denizens of the world to RISE UP!! and take back the power they have sought to STEAL from us!! Kill thy tax-collector, oust thy lord from thy lands that thou hath lived and farmed on. thou owes no allegiance to these tyrants...

Therefore the
Salvian government in exile hereby declares a one thousand mina bounty on the false emperor of man, subsequently a five hundred mina bounty is also placed on his bastard heir.

Kill the emperor!! Place his head upon a stake somewhere in plain view... and declare it was thy work... then thou shall be paid for this great deed…

Glory to salvo! Glory to the republic! DEATH TO THE FALSE EMPEROR!!

Signed,
Vice President Johnathan Orenius

A demon was cackling and laughing, his bursting flames of gold and black clicking and cackling with him as he slammed his fist into the table.

"Salvomen got balls! Hahahahaha!"

"It is my calling. There are finally those who share my vision."  A particularly disgruntled descendant declares into an open window, after the missive had been read to him by a friend. Treason took his own hands. "Revolution is afoot. Descendants were at far greater peace when humanity was shattered."

"Who?" The simple query came of the Rovare, having seen the missive pinned somewhere and half-torn. "Another dog barking at the wind." She then turned back to her walk with her gifted Grayhounds, Bella and Charlie, with low croons. "Kill the treasonous bastards, ai? Ai! What good boys you are!"

Somewhere in the mountains, a Hyspian guerrilla fighter (Who exactly is he fighting? Who knows) squints at the missive. Inside him are two wolves - One that longs for the cart bombs, and another that longs for mail bombs. Which would win out, he wondered... and who exactly was he going to use them on?

"Since when did the dragon ever care for the opinions of sheep?" asked the Emperor of his son, over dinner. The missive had never even reached his attention, though the message therein was hardly novel.

“Oh, wow. That’s pretty crazy that he’d say something like that. Is it not clocking to you he’s standing on business”

“did he just call my son a bastard?” The empress stated. “Clearly they don’t own a gas oven.”

Father Randir, now a blabbering old priest living in total seclusion deep into what once was the Salvian marshes, eyed curiously at the missive before he gave it a read, when he finished reading it, he spoke to himself "This certainly wasn't Cedric's he was too noble-friendly, couldn't be Tristan's because I saw his dead body, couldn't be Marrin's because even though she was our sheriff she would not hurt a fly, couldn't be Levi's because he likes to attack without warning... Did I write this?" The father scratched his long and unkept beard "I don't remember writing this... Must have been Iblees' doing if I wrote such" He scratched the bald spot on his head as he gave a final thought to it before he used the missive as a toilet paper, it surely could not go unused.

Folwin, despite not being the author either, would have been entirely heart broken to know the only canonist priest he ever liked had not even considered Salvo's former barkeep a possible suspect.

Estevot Heymor never thought he'd have to root for the Empire in a conflict against other humans, but if there was one thing he knew they could probably agree on, these false Salvians deserve nothing but the noose for their atrocities. He prays up in the Skies for protection for the innocents that will no doubt be exploited and harmed by both sides in this brewing conflict.

Maddock Tam reads this and frowned. He didn't like the Empire in the slightest, but nothing good came from killing the leaders of nations, especially not from bandits and terrorists. Nothing positive comes from such violent attempts at change, especially when it's clear the real reason is for selfish gain. He'd ask his mentors about ways he could help deal with these thugs first though. He doesn't desire to cause more problems than he seeks to help solve.

Lilia looked at her daddy as she brought him the poster she found walking around Alba. "Are you going to fight them Daddy?" @ketof
