Voidsoldier, 2.0., And What To Play.

In Aegis 2.0. my character Gabriel will not be coming to the new world. I have been brainstorming, but I do not know exactly what I want to play. After thinking hard I have narrowed it down to either a Dark Elf, or a Goblin, here is a little info on each.

GOBLIN.

He will be a angry bandit, and will not take kindly to insults. He will wield a axe bigger than himself into combat, and be ruthless. He will kill anyone who makes fun of his size, color, or anything else, and is always angry.

DARK ELF

He is a very deceptive person, he dons a white mask all the time, and it truly is unknown exactly who he is. He is elegant, polite, and completely cruel when needed. He would have no problem stomping on a beetle, or stomping on a human to get what he wants, and will weasel his way into power. He will also be a highly adept thief.

Currently, I am leaning towards the dark elf, but tell me what you all think! You are the best community there is, and I hope for some awesome answers, hopefully serious ones.

Ok, I really love both ideas, and I think the goblin would be HILARIOUS to play, and would cause a lot of laughs, I am just worried about how interesting my rp would be. Sure for a while the funny would be there, but after that wore off, not sure where I would go with the idea.

I honestly was thinking of that too. I have thought of everything, but a few of my good ideas were being a dwarf. I think that it would be cool, but well see.

I have played deceptive and evil people in the past, and very at that as many would say, I think if I played it there would be a lot of interesting rp from it.

You seem set on playing a villain. Play a dwarf villain. Never enough of them. You could carry over all the traits of the goblin to the dwarf, only adding his alcoholism.

Of course I know that. I have been playing one for a while, even though this current character is of course a vigilante, and was there when petyr implemented the new rules. In fact, I love it. I love writing my applications, and will go over the top with this next one. Also, a not, although being a dwarf or goblin villain is original, I find that both of those attitudes are also stereotypical, and I don't see myself having a lot of fun as one. I will of course consider these ideas, but again I am still leaning towards the dark elf, despite it not being the most original. Anyways, I will be deciding soon what to play, and have my app written for 2.0 before break is over. Elindor, I am not set on playing a villain, I am currently playing the son of a very tainted man, Agrona Ubel, a former char of mine, and my current character is a good guy, just does questionable things. You and him had a conversation, I even put you in my application bio, although not a huge part, you were mentioned =). Anyways, I look forward to writing one, and if you like my writing, I am sure you will love it. I am going to try my hardest to have it be a example villain app, as I really want to show the newer villains, or villain wannabees, how to do this. At this point I truly do feel like a veteran to the server, despite me not being here since launch.

I agree. Guraim, being a Dwarf villain, has a nice level of uniqueness because most people don't exactly play Dwarf villains as most Dwarves stay secluded to the Dwarf region. I like the idea personally and unless of course you plan on not being a villain for once. If not, be a Dwarf Druid!

OMG susitsu, I am not a villain XD I am a vigilante who hunts criminal for Aeriels sake, I even hunted you, you should know. Ack, so many people saying dwarf....
