Abusing Glitches - Consequences.

This is just a quick reminder about consequences surrounding being caught abusing glitches.

There are glitches everywhere. They're not always something we can fix straight away.

In these cases - we expect the players to show common sense and not abuse them. Being found abusing these glitches WILL result in a ban. These glitches aren't something that you can not notice you're doing and using them for personal gain will get you in trouble.

Glitches like these can damage the economy greatly. Not something we need with such a young map.

So take this as a friendly reminder.

Best way to go about abusing glitches is to PM one of us. Chances are they have already been reported, but it's always worth reporting =]

You Do have a point there but i wanted to know like for example i am crafting somenthing and the item magicaly duplicates.But again telling where the glitches are would make it easier to exploit em sooo........Ugh my head hurts from thinking to eatly in the morning

Does this mean if I were able to get something off a mob that it doesn't usually drop when we kill them in Lotc, but they do in ordinary Minecraft, I would be abusing and glitch and would be liable to be banned?

Sometimes it's hard to know if it's a glitch or not. One day when I was killing mobs, I noticed that the exp I got suddenly was MUCH higher. I was unsure if it was a glitch or if Vaq had just changed some code. If someone had something like that happen to them and they thought it was intentional when it was actually a glitch, then they'd get banned for abusing something they thought was a feature.
