No this is the main tower. The books however will be transfered into all of the guild halls and then distributed to the general public to raise awareness about the use of magic.

No... It is exactly where it has been standing since many many years. It was recently refurbished by me. But it is in the east of Al'khazar, in the frozen wastes.

OOC: Magic will likely be changing due to the new revamp that they are doing of it, yes. I have no further information on it as of this moment though. It likely won't change the Guild's set up (though it will mean we will have to rewrite our magic books.)

OOC: I think he was joking. In the application (which I wrote... But it is not yet complete, should be out soon, how soon is soon I cannot tell) you get three trys to do ti at the level we expect to get in. It is not ridiculously hard to get in, but we are not making it easy for obvious reasons. If you want a head start in the guild start making a journal, starting with your bio and then extrapolating from there.
