I grin when I remember that someone said the N word on the build server and you let him go with a slap of the wrist, and not a ban or anything. Rightly so, imo, because I believe that you realized he was trying to joke, and not just a racist

I wish you in getting an amazing job. It shouldn't be too hard because of the amount of talent you have. It's sad to see such an amazing leader to step down. You can add "Owner of Lord of the Craft" to your resume- I'm guessing many employers are looking for leadership skills. Thanks for sticking around for this long man.
