A Poster Hangs From The Gate To The Military District...

A poster is found near the military district. It is decorated with random drawings of cats at the sides. In the middle however, it appears fairly formal. It reads:

"To all mali'aheral. Soon, we shall be having another dinner with an outside faction. This time, it shall be the kharajyr visiting us and feasting their eyes upon our cihi. This dinner shall be held within an elven day, thus when the tlatlanni and his citizens appear at the gate do not send them away. I, Silvos Sythaerin, shall be there to greet and welcome them. We shall feast here, at the same table at which we dined with the high council of Malinor. I look forward to seeing you there.
