At the will of His Right Honor the Lord High Sheriff Kais Ishikawa, all powers and duties of the Holy Emperor of Oren are vested in the office of Regent of the Holy Empire of Oren, a title to be entrusted to Kais Ishikawa, Count of Yamamoto until such a time that the rightful Holy Emperor of Oren should appear.
