Gronkk, the Lord High Steward of Galahar, docks his mushroom boat at the docks of the Claxdon Isle.

Ug der. Gronkk amz heer on behaf ob Galahurrr. Ib latz nub leeb, Gronkk will'n eet flat latz wyfiez, agh wer dem hedz az mazk. Den Gronkk will guu tuu latz blarg agh pretund tuu bi latz cubbeh's Momoz. Gronkk will'n nub leeb dem aluun, Gronkk will'n hawnt dem fureber.

Rulg.

Gronkk giggles as he steers his mushroom boat away.

A second pair of light red eyes survey the Claxdons from within Gronkk's torso, as he goes about his business on the Isle. Muffled murmurs and growls are heard from Gonkk hiding in his father's stomach rolls.

(A vassal can rebel against a direct vassal of their liege without declaring war on the supreme liege. The treaty does not prohibit rebellions and does not limit who can swear fealty in the de jure Kingdom. Claxdon have all right, and Adunians are not included in the treaty. War claim for the island.))

'Krafeh' hears about this incident through his friends in the Flays, "So, Adunia is really just asking for war. When the North is the biggest threat to the entire land, Lachlan sits on his throne plotting against the other nations! I have witnessed him arrest his own Uncle and deem him to die. This man knows no bounds... I think it's time for Galahar and the other human kingdoms to teach them some?" smiles to himself as he walks away, going to get a drink.

((Crusader Kings 2 Mechanics boys. Still apply to the Human politics.))

((Yeah well, cheers to the flays. Clap clap, woohoo great way to solve it in rp. Just get a GM to switch perms. Quality Flay rp right there. Instead of making some fun rp out of it, you just remove me from perms, and all my men might I add. Good job))

Edit: ((sad to see you can't come take it like actual players, but you whine to the Gm's to get it switched. What did I say before? "You want it? Get it in RP))

(( Not to sound like I'm on anyone's side but if you could resolve a rebellion like this by switching perms Galahar wouldn't exist ))

((Well that's what they did. You know where the island is, go there and /region info. I bet no one of them even set foot on the inside before doing that.))

((Also, its been said before when the rebellion tried to take Greymarsh, you can't take an area in a 5 man raid. War claim it))

Edit: ((Might I add destroying everything, getting rid of any locks on chests, and taking almost /Everything/))

((It's more than about the island. It's about the roleplay. The Flays have completely taken away every single reason for this server being and broken rules.))

((Weird, I always thought that with a rebellion, the kingdom owns the land until the rebels take it? This seemed to have been flipped. From what I understand, Galahar owns the island. The vassal wanted to rebel, so the vassal shouldn't automagically have full control over the land. They would realistically have to rebel against the guards and troops stationed there. Now take into account that with LotC you don't have the thousands of soldiers you do IRL, but like twenty or thirty. Just my two cents, but if the vassal wanted to rebel, they would have to warclaim Galahar for it. Not the other way around....))

((Actually wrong. Crusader Kings is actually the very example how rebellion within a feudal system works. The land which your vassals holds is HIS. You are his liege, you may access some of the resources it has such as manpower, taxes, etc., but the land belongs your vassal and only he has DIRECT control of it. If he rebels, he denies your indirect control, forbids you to use its resources, etc. They have a war for independence.

Looks as following:

Vassal rebels, Vassal owns Island 1. Liege wants it back, Liege needs to warclaim it back by sieging and occupying it. If the Liege loses the battle, or if he takes no real action within a set amount of time, the vassal wins.))
