If one was to visit Kralta or Abresi, they would happen upon a poster that most likely read, "Lark Steelwall looking for workers, or Steelwall Exports hiring miners." One would find these posters have been replaced by an ornate piece of parchement now, a logo of a blacksmith hammering on an anvil at the top, and some text at the bottom. Apparently for those who can't read some pictures of a pickaxe hitting rocks, an arrow pointing to the Steelwall Exports logo and an equals sign with a picture of mina in front of it, giving the impression to the illiterate that mining for Steelwall Exports gets mina.

We are hiring miners, woodcutters, and anyone willing

to do labor in echange for shelter, food, a community,

and a weekly salary of mina, provided a quota is fulfilled.

Basic Information

Steelwall Exports wishes to provide quality goods at quality prices

with laborers who are treated like family. Workers are paid on

Quota System where after they finish the weekly quota of

materials their job entails, they shall be paid. Overseers for each group of

workers shall be handpicked by the Head of Exportations, Lark Steelwall.

Workers are provided a home in wherever their job takes place,

allowing them to mingle with other workers living there.

Jobs

Currently Steelwall Exports offers four methods of employment.

Woodcutting

Farming

Ironworking

and

Mining.

 

Each profession has an overseer who receives 300 mina every week. Fulfilling

the quota is optional for them, but they do not receive extra pay. Bonuses 

are earned by reporting disorderly conduct amongst workers, 15 mina

per confirmed report.

 

 

What do we sell?

We sell all kinds of materials, ranging from raw building materials to

food, metal goods, and coal currently. 

Prices are as follow:

 

Units of Measurment:

Cart = 64

Half-Cart = 32

Sack = 16

 

 

All Wood: 64m per cart

Cobblestones = 64m per cart

 

Wheat = TBD

Carrots = TBD

Potatoes = TBD

Melons = TBD

Pumpkins = TBD

Beef = TBD

Pork = TBD

Chicken = TBD

Eggs = TBD

 

Coal = TBD

Iron Ingot = 22m per ingot

Gold Ingot = 40m per ingot

Chain Armor = 280m per set.

Iron Armor = 600m per set

Iron Weapons = 50m per weapon

Iron Tool = 70m per tool

 

Quota

To earn their pay, workers must fulfill the weekly quota.

Workers are paid 100-250 mina depending on job and quota fulfillment.

Steelwall Exports Franchise

 

Steelwall Exports also offers franchising rights, businesses who partake
in this will be supplied with the goods necessary to operate and will also be
advertised on our notices and be recommended to our clients. In exchange,
franchise operators will have to pay a 10~% fee of their income every 2 elven
weeks. With franchising, Steelwall Exports hopes to help small businesses
gain a foothold in the expanding industries of
