THE FATE OF BELETH
TO ALL CITIZENS OF THE HORDE,
Betrayal in the midst of War is not something that is to be tolerated by the Horde. Neither by a tributary, a citizen, or an ally. Violating the good faith I had placed upon him, Peter the Disgraced has turned his cloaks and attempted to surrender his people to the clutches of the Empire despite the overwhelming popular disagreement from his own subjects.
This was known to me before even his own public missive. Even then, he was five steps behind, as I had already declared Beleth dissolved in the Hordeklamor a day prior to his official treasonous decree. The Krughai have already been dispatched to keep a firm grasp upon the once-lands of Beleth, as well as loyal militias of the three cities which were once sworn to Beleth’s banner.
Thus, the following edicts are made;
I, Torosh’Mak, Rex of the Horde, once again affirm the dissolution of the Belethian Federation. The House of Rovare is stripped of its royal titleage.
The former uniform of Beleth worn by the Belethian Federal Army is hereby outlawed, and all who wear it will be killed on sight.
The House of Rovare is to be dissolved within the Hordelands. Any who lay claim to the name while existing on Horde territory will be killed on sight.
The City of Southspire shall be placed under control of the loyal Gunthrum, once of the House of Rovare, for his part in securing his people’s loyalty after his Father’s treason. Gunthrum shall be named Duke of Southspire, with his tribe swearing full fealty to the Horde of Many Tribes.
The City of Anatis shall hold elections to determine its new ruler overseen by the Horde of Many Tribes. The Republic of Anatis, led by a new Serene Doge, shall swear direct fealty to the Horde of Many Tribes and become a member-tribe.
The City of Ipanema shall remain in the hands of the sitting Governor, Inigo, to be passed to his heirs following a pledge of fealty to the Horde of Many Tribes.
All former vassals of Beleth must renew pledges of fealty to the Horde of Many Tribes or face eviction from the Badlands.
Peter the Disgraced must be captured alive and handed over to the authority of the Horde of Many Tribes, where he shall be blood-eagled by my own hand. A bounty of 500 mina is placed on his head.
Those who remain loyal to Peter the Disgraced, shelter his followers, or provide him aid shall suffer equally gruesome deaths.
Torosh’Mak,
Rex of the Horde, High Chieftain of the Frost Urukhim, Chieftain of Clan Mak, Warlord of Lurakhan, Thralgar, Makh-Morok and Ghorazad, the Demonslayer, the Fire-walker
