  1. good lore, needs accepting asap +1
  2. awesome post, learned some new things today. thank you
  3. What if you say the wrong thing or you feel like they don't like you from the start? The idea that you might've ruined something and should've tried a different time? Or even the thought that you missed and opportunity that you should've taken. Should you just ignore reason and go for it? It all feels so overwhelming when faced with someone you don't know. Thank you all for taking the time to reply to this, I appreciate all the advice even if I haven't taken the time to reply to you individually.
  4. Now that I have replaced the hamster powering my internet, I'm probably going to rp again. Before doing so I would appreciate a little advice from literally anyone with better social skills than I do: How do you make friends? I find myself to be fairly inept socially, both on the internet and in real life so its a struggle for me to befriend someone new. Usually overthinking the littlest interactions or struggling to keep a conversation flowing, normally relying on the other person to carry the conversation. While I see other people able to befriend people like its second nature to them, be it in character or out of character. Any sort of advice is welcome, even if its you just gloating about how cool you are because you don't have to try to make friends or making fun of me for posting this. At the end of the day I'm just trying to better myself.
  5. i just use /me and click the tp button whenever i need to use a ss. its never in my inventory unless im binding it to a new pillar
  6. the stinky dead alch pack (still think my potion idea would've fit) +1

  8. In the city of Celianor, whilst the others party and drink, the young Ante'ahern sits within his room mortified. Mortified by the memory of his first kills. His blood stained longsword sat in the corner and his helmet left to the floor. The elf still trying to accept what he'd done this day.
  9. “Sounds like a fun endeavor, and I feel as if I’ve lived long enough take a few risks.” A pale elf murmured to himself as his amethyst hues scanned the missive “Now… where the **** is Vienne?” He muttered aloud as he squinted at the missive
  10. And he was gone... That was it His chapter finally came to a close The elf never even saw it coming... He teleported Attempting to flee the hollow alongside his comrades Though he found himself in a place he didn't expect When he re-emerged from the void He found himself encased The air in his lungs gone Replaced by crystal He couldn't even scream if he wanted to Nor could he cry And so The light left his eyes Images of his life flashing through his mind Time seemed to slow as this took place He... He didn't even get to say goodbye None of his children will even know that he's gone Would they even care? Perhaps they'd think he'd have simply gone on one of his trips That thought alone Twisted something in him Making him feel angry Sad Scared Alone.... "Fillia" "Ulfrennallar" "Mel" "Vunlea" "Hell..." "Even my neice and nephew" "Nailo and Emandriel" "I love each one of you..." "Thank you..." "All of you..." "For making me who I am..." "Or..." "Was" "Even those I met in the Mages Guild" "Those who guided me" "As well as my closest..." "Llir" ... . "Goodbye..." "Everyone" And so he was gone The end finally came The end Of Air Air Evocress
  11. Air claims the title of 'best uncle' to this day, despite the altercation that broke out. "She underestimated me because I was a voidal mage" He sighed as he shook his head "Silly Nailo" He chuckled to himself
  12. [!] And so we return We return to the elf whose sanity slowly slips from grasp The elf who slowly began to ignore the words of advice from those around him Perhaps he's finally broken Perhaps he's finally slipped Perhaps this is his end Perhaps this is it His heart runs cold Colder than ever before Less expressive than he was in his younger years The very years where he struggled to understand his feelings The same years where he decided to part with the feelings he struggled to understand Why was he like this? What caused him to be this way? Had it been his own doing? Or perhaps the doing of the world he lived in? From a studious young elf To an ice hearted killer of man Yet he still bore a mask Many a mask to keep those outside from looking in Perhaps he'd been fooled into believing a mask was truly him Perhaps this wasn't him and at heart he was still a boy with lengthy ears A young boy craving his father's approval A young boy under the guise of being a man A young boy who held his tears A young boy who had a great many fears A young boy who missed those he held most dear But despite his lengthy ears The boy could not hear .... ... . "Are you proud of me Maln?" "Proud of the man I've become?" "Am I finally worthy of your love?" "Am I finally worthy of your hate?" "Am I the elf you always wanted me to be?"
  13. "A child? Seriously?" Left the lips of a disappointed brown elven mage as his eyes scanned over the missive, followed by the deepest sigh one could muster "Couldn't even leave the title to someone far more adept in knowledge like someone with a brain would've. Or simply left it to election." The man scoffed as he shook his head while parting ways with the missive he'd stared at, not feeling the urge to look at it any longer "I pray for the safety of my children, in a city where idiocy runs rampant."
  14. Origin Long has the Descendant sought mastery over the incomprehensible. The Void, an infinite of creation and destruction, tangible only in its most outwards tendrils unto the physical plane. Ever since the first spark of connection, Descendant kind’s first dream was to master The Void. Arrogance, Selfishness, Ignorance; traits of one stubborn in perceiving understanding of something so minutely tangible. The first words began to proceed throughout history; Ailer, in Elven cultures. Wizard from the halflings; Archmage, and Evoker, from Mankind. Words saved for those who sought to master what they could barely understand, Eminence, over The Void. Although, not every sorcerer was the name they wrought. The titles spread, the words commonplace- and soon anyone could call themselves a Master of The Void. Throughout history has pervaded those who excelled and proceeded beyond what any were capable of imagining- secrets spread to those who intended to ascend above all. These went by few appearances; enhanced understanding, power, and mastery, over The Void. Thus was created- Voidal Eminence, for those who truly sought to ascend above all. Magic Explanation Eminence is a further step into mastery of The Inner Void, your body and mind becoming further entwined with the Void. Achieved through the Rite of Ascension, the descendants soul becomes further intwine with the Void thus strengthening their connection. -Voidal Eminence requires 3 slots to be dedicated to the Void in order to learn. One’s Eminence will be rendered dormant in the event they lose knowledge or practice of Voidal Arts. -Voidal Eminence is self-taught, initiated through ritual. -Voidal Eminence is a Feat and one would make an app for so. This app will also require those aiding in the ritual to place their approval on the FA. -Voidal Eminence is mutually exclusive with other Voidal Feats (Artificery, Scion, Voidstalking) -Voidal Eminence is furthering the voidal opening within one’s soul. -The tampered connection allows for an Eminent to become further entwined with not only the Void but mana itself. Allowing for them to view voidal energies with their own eyes, physically touch and interact with it, as well as solidify voidally conjured materials into the realm. Connection The Rite of Ascension is similar to overcharging a battery, albeit only a little. This expands the voidal opening in one's soul enough to allow the free flow of mana to leak from them. Essentially working in the opposite way of the Rite of The Voyager, though creating a nonpermanent seal upon the opening just like it. A stitching that remains in its tampered state until the user loses practice. By utilizing a similar method to the Rite of The Voyager, the Arcane Eminent may revert their practices. Although the Rite of Ascension may seem like a complete ritual, it is still imperfect despite its use like many things bequeathed by the Void. The practice still has room to evolve, leaving it the possibility to birth something different if more research is conducted on it. Requiring two additional voidal mages and a voidal construct (Obelisk, Tear), or alternatively, a single Voidstalker may facilitate an entire ritual. The two magi and single voidal construct will be overcharging the user in order to perform this Rite and then ‘stitching’ the user’s soul in a way to keep it in its tampered state. The user would pull at the mana being excreted by the voidal construct, effectively absorbing as much of it as possible. In tandem, the two voidal magi would begin to pour their mana into the user, thus placing the user under extreme stress as well as pain. This would mark the beginning of the expansion of the voidal opening on the user’s soul; by this point the user would not be pulling the mana from the voidal construct, instead the voidal construct would be funneling mana into the user naturally until the Rite comes to a close. Only when the two voidal magi aiding in the ritual deemed it was good to bring the ritual to a halt will it end, successful or not all of the mages involved will suffer some form of fatigue. In failure, not fully completing the Rite, the mage attempting to ‘ascend’ will suffer complete exhaustion for a full year (1 OOC Week), while finding themself unable to cast throughout the entirety of their exhaustion. Alternatively, if too much mana is poured into the user their innards will likely be rendered comatose for a full year (1 OOC Week) instead or combust, leaving their fellow magi a gruesome scene and quite a mess to clean; so death is a possibility if the aiding magi are not careful. Once the status of Voidal Eminent is attained it is a task to rid oneself of. Needing to perform a ritual similar to the Rite of The Voyager to an extent. Requiring two magi to sap mana from the Eminent until the point of near death, at which point the ‘stitching’ placed on their soul is able to be undone by the Eminent themself. This is as simple as using a muscle which has been deliberately controlled, and exerting it. Should the assisting magi drain too much, it could spell the end of the Eminent. Physical Effects The only notable change in the mage walking the path of Voidal Eminence would be the constant leaking of aura from their person. The look of it will only be controlled to a degree, but will be very noticeable to anyone laying eyes upon the mage. Maintaining a steady exertion of aura that seemed to fade into the atmosphere as it left the mages figure, though such would not impede the mages mana pool. The Eminent would also find themself capable of casting at double the range without the aid of an Arcane Focus. Redlines -A Voidal Eminent cannot use an Arcane Focus to double their casting range another time, if one is used none of its boons would be gained by the Eminent. If using Inert Arcanium, the aesthetics will remain, but the focus aspect will be lost. -An Eminent will constantly emit a powerful aura they cannot stop until they reach T3. This also means that they will have a passive connection to the void until reaching T3 as well, though this connection can be thwarted like any other mage and will passively re-establish itself whether the Eminent likes it or not. -When at the point of exhausting their mana, an Eminent won’t feel as physically fatigued as a normal mage would. Instead they will feel their ability to cast further waning, and know what their limit is before reaching a state of Thaumburn. This does not grant them the ability to cast as much as they please, their mana pool remains the same as a normal mage. Mental Effects Voidal Eminents will likely undergo a variety of possible mental changes, and may suffer from the following: “Negative” complexes are common amongst Eminents, though they vary greatly. Some Eminents find themselves above others while other Eminents find themselves dependent on others. Some even falling in between the lines, such complexes include but are not limited to: -Hero complex -God complex -Superiority complex -Inferiority complex -Savior complex -Sociopathic tendencies. Descendants walking down the path of Eminence will likely struggle to understand/ notice the feelings of others -Impulsive decisions can be often made, whether it be to prove their worth to another or simply to impress someone with their capabilities. -Substance abuse to cope with lack of self-worth -Perfectionism -Ego trips Possible mental disorders: -Schizophrenia. Some form of it will likely develop within the user, be it whispers, shadows lingering around corners, et cetera. -Dependent Personality Disorder (DPD) -OCD -Bipolar Disorder -Minor, to extreme cases of Depression -Imposter Syndrome Abilities and Spells [Passive] [Noncombat] - Aura Sensory An affinity for their sect, one may find themselves sensing mana in a more literal form. As once when first connected, mana and voidal presence was a new feeling which faded with time - a magi may find themselves once more, feeling the same way. Unlike the product of amateurism before, the feeling becomes deeper and more profound, enabling the magi to understand the presence and concentration of mana, perhaps even giving insight to its origin. A Voidal Magi possessing this feat may sense voidal energies and its concentration, within a given area of item to determine potential information required for further understanding. This may manifest in finding one's Aura Color, detecting if the area had been recently cast in; and if so, what type of casting, and so on. They are also able to physically interact with mana, if there happens to be a dense enough amount (like entering the voidal hollow or nearing a tear), the Eminent will find it more difficult to move freely. Redlines - Aura Sensory and all applications of Voidal Eminence do not apply to Kani’s passive mana, or other magics unless they are Voidal in nature. - Aura Sensory may not “Detect” if someone is a mage. If a magi were recently casting one would be able to see wisps of their aura lingering about their figure. This only applies to Voidal magi unless otherwise specified in lore, and any other type of mage may not be "detectable". - Aura Sensory may only detect casting as recent as one OOC, or if agreed upon, narrative hour since the spell was cast. -Aura Sensory allows the user to perceive all the mana flowing around them as long as it's in their line of vision -Aura Sensory examining Aura Color does not discern who is a magi and who is not. Aswell, one does not have to be a magi to possess a latent aura color. - Active spellcasting or Active Enchantment would be much more vibrant and easily visible to the Eminent. Enchantments and spells unactivated or non-voidal in nature would be observed no differently than normal. -If the eminent makes physical contact with a leftover stream of aura, they can imbue it with a tiny spark of their own and allow it to be visible to others closeby. The range of such being only within 8 blocks of the eminent. -A Voidal Eminent cannot discern what type of casting was performed for all they see is mana. -In places such as a voidal hollow, hearth, node, tear, obelisk, or even a Voidstalker the mana will grow dense. This density will cause the Eminent to have trouble moving around, consequently halving their initial movement speed for the duration they are in its range. In combat their movement will only be 2 blocks rather than 4, this also applies to casting movement. -T5 & T4 spells render the user immobile -T3 spells only allow for one block movement -T1 & T2 spells allow for only two block movement [Active] [Noncombat/Combat] - Expulsion Expulsion is the act of temporarily becoming a focus - withdrawing the mana around one’s self and condensing it, before firing it in a metaphorical, metaphysical “ring” outwards. In doing so, no matter the circumstance - a Magi would be significantly hindered, if not outright knocked out from sheer mental strain; let alone killed outright, upon the unlikely case of overexertion. Expulsion would require the mage take two emotes, outside of any other casting - one emote for “Condensing” mana, all of which may be around them, and a second emote for “Expulsing”, or pushing out all the mana they had condensed. Expulsion would reach up to ten-meters outward from the mage in every direction, causing a knockback effect of at least three meters upon targets. Extremely heavy (Golem or heavier) targets may only be staggered, while those below such a threshold would be put to the floor - requiring an emote to get up once more. This forceful movement would encourage unnatural body movements and likely deal damage with the colliding environment. Due to “Active” mana being the main focus of the magi, it may be that of a familiar magic- outside of just pure force. This may manifest in the form of different evocation, although ineffective with other forms of voidal magic. Fire Evocation may send out an incinerating plume of flame- alongside the knockback and knockdown effect, may inflict light (first degree) burns along exposed areas of the target. This may as well manifest to smoke, which may temporarily blind or choke opponents. Water Evocation may manifest into water or ice, bearing the force of such as well - enough to knock even the heaviest opponents to the ground, or expelling objects akin to hail, ranging from mostly harmless or lightly irritating pebbles to larger shapes and sizes to golf balls or rock-like objects with harmful edges which may bruise and give minor cuts. Earth Evocation may manifest as rocks or sand, the prior bearing the force to knock down the heaviest opponents and even dent armor; the latter, sand, which may temporarily impair an opponent's vision and graze exposed skin. Air Evocation would be more difficult to utilize, but potentially far more effective - knocking down opponents with much more force, and twice as far. An opponent may be sent flying a direction up to six meters away, and down much harder; enough to knock the wind out of someone, encouraging exhaustion and still requiring one emote to stand once more. Other forms of voidal magic would bear an aesthetic effect representative of that magic - Translocation perhaps an intermittently-disappearing-and-reappearing ring, illusion potentially taking on an appearance as a reflection of light or some other, etc.. Each of these effects would be strictly aesthetic however, do not provide any harmful advantage in combat. Expulsion would at the least disable a mage from casting further, and put them at a high level of exhaustion - optionally, a mage may be outright knocked out from the amount of force conjured. Redlines - After Expulsion, a caster may not utilize any spells, and may not provide any meaningful combat; barely able to pick up any form of weapon, and unable to complete any physically-arduous task, despite prior-strength or stamina. Unless magically rejuvenated, the recovery process takes a full day in narrative time. - After casting Expulsion, the magi physically acts objectively worse in all forms of movement and combat than a standard, normal descendant of any class, and is easily outperformed and outmaneuvered. - Expulsion may not be used to damage (or by side product damage) the environment unless with RO consent. [Passive] [Noncombat/Combat] - Incanter’s Flow Incanter’s Flow, or “Spellweaving”, is the practice of understanding a rhythm of casting, and becoming in tune with evoking. With so, one may, following certain feats of spellcasting - perform spells of incredible power or varied versatility. Incanter’s flow is a light “rhythm” or progression while casting. As one casts and remains connected, it becomes significantly easier to cast and continue so- manifesting within passive, and more active, effects. Passive After remaining connected for X amount of spell casts (connect(or charge)-> cast, X counts for it being “completed”), one would have effects based on the dedication to their casting. If using noncombat spells, X counts for every emote spent. 1 Completed Spellcasts (or 1 emotes noncombat) - After the threshold reached, one would have their fatigue reduced- enough to feel as if they had not come under the effects of standard casting-exhaustion - this effect becoming more prevalent should the chain be continued. This is visualized in any strictly aesthetic manner of a magi entering “Their Element”, but a tell must be given that a mage has entered their flow. 2 Completed Spellcasts (or 2 emotes noncombat) - After the threshold reached, one would have their aura manifest more physically - brighter, denser, or far more prevalent in general. Should the caster be unable, they would be able to manifest their aura color into their spells. Aswell, the Spellcaster may utilize Expulsion through range, allowing the focal point of knockback to be focused wherever a spell may land. 3 Completed Spellcasts (or 3 emotes noncombat) - After this threshold is reached, it would be incredibly difficult to lose connection or focus unless intentional. Unless magically disrupted, further wounded beyond small cuts or a graze, or knocked to the ground, one would remain connected to the Void until the end of combat, or for a narrative hour noncombat. During this state of heightened concentration, Voidal Magi fight and act physically at half-strength, unable to compare with any normal descendant sharing their stature. Redlines - When Transferring noncombat to combat, one may not transfer over their level of Incanting flow. Upon transition, it reverts to 0. This also applies to one performing 3 noncombat emotes to achieve the “Narrative Hour Noncombat”. - Each emote while in Incanter’s Flow (regardless of stage) requires a tell of some kind to show the mage has entered a heightened state of casting. - When physically acting (movement, dodging, withstanding, so on) or physically fighting (parrying, blocking, swinging, so on) in combat, a magi with unbreaking focus would fight at half of their normal capability- objectively worse than any average descendant, and not capable of overpowering, outmaneuvering, or outperforming any other descendant successfully in these fields. - 3 Completed Spellcasts applies the “Narrative Hour” rule, usable in subsequent combat scenarios, but only within an Event. - “Unbreakable Focus” only applies to effects such as deafening sound, pain, or so on. Things such as casting while armored or sprinting would still completely disable one from casting. Things that break connection normally on the mages behalf (Ex. armored, sprinting, losing line of sight (by blindness or normally), would still break connection or cease casting). - Ranged-Expulsion applies all normal effects and designs of normal Expulsion, to both the Caster and Targets. -When transitioning from a normal connection to an advanced one, the mages level of Incanting flow also transfers with it. [Active] [Combat] - Overcast An Eminent finds themself with the ability to push themself further than any other mage when they are at the peak of their power. In such an event, Thaumburn isn’t as threatening to them as it’d be normally. Although pushing themself to this limit does pose a threat to their life no matter what they think. Overcasting is only available to the Eminent if they are at Level 3 of Incanter’s Flow, have Advanced Connection active, and are at what they believe is their point of exhaustion. This ability does not grant the Eminent the power to cast without any fear of drawbacks, instead, being at this point blurs their ability to sense their point of exhaustion before reaching Thaumburn. Making them more likely to cast further, although at their own detriment. The effects of casting beyond their limit vary greatly. All being dependent on the strength of the spell they decide to utilize. T5 spells being utilized whilst overcasting will result in the death of their user. The choice to pursue this is up to the mage themself. Though this death will be considered a suicide and thus PK the Eminent. T4 spells will render the caster comatose upon completion of the spell. This will last for the duration of a year (1 OOC Week). As well as severe scarring on their body depending on the type of spell they attempted to use. For example: Using a T4 fire evocation spell would likely result in severe burn scars across the body. T3 spells leave the caster unconscious for a little while and unable to cast for the next 2 months (2 OOC Days). This also includes scars across the body of the type of spell used though not very severe ones. T2 & T1 spells won’t render the user unconscious, instead feeling severely drained as well as being unable to cast for the next 12 days (12 OOC hours) as well as minor scarring around the point of casting of the type of spell used. For example: Casting a small fireball from the hands will leave burn scars on the hands. Redlines -This ability can only be achieved if all the requirements listed above have been met. -Failure to RP the consequences of the use of this ability will be considered powergaming. -The caster can only cast one spell past exhaustion before forcibly being disconnected by their body. -In the event the caster uses a T5 spell with overcast they will die and thus be forced to PK as it is considered suicide. [Passive] [Noncombat/Combat] - Advanced Connection With their soul being further entwined with the Void, the Voidal Eminent finds themself with a ‘stronger’ connection to the Void. The user finding themself passively connected to the Void until gaining mastery over their capabilities as an Eminent. As well as double the casting range of the average mage. This however does not mean that their concentration is unable to be broken, this only means that a newer Eminent will not have control over their voidal connection. If their connection is disrupted like any other mages connection their soul will automatically try to re-establish its link to the Void whether its user wishes to or not. Once they reach the final stage of their learnings as an Eminent they will finally be able to disconnect from the Void willingly. Though the Eminent will find that it takes longer to fully establish a connection than before. Clarity of Mind This ascended connection will allow the voidal magi possessing this feat to be incredibly apt at situations which would require intense, split, or generally heavy thought. This may be a fight from multiple angles, performing multiple tasks at once, or finding themselves generally more able to process thoughts and logic significantly quicker than before. As well as finding spellcasting requiring less focus than that of a normal mage. Only whenever they are connected however. Redlines -It takes two emotes for a Voidal Eminent to fully connect to the Void. If they don’t fully connect to the Void (Using one emote to connect) their casting range will be returned to normal and their casting capabilities will be limited to spells no greater than T3. -A Voidal Eminent is not immune to disconnection whatsoever, they are able to be forcefully disconnected at any given point in time. Unless they wield a mastery over it their soul will automatically attempt to re-establish a full connection taking two emotes. -A Voidal Eminent cannot willingly disconnect from the Void until they reach T3 in Eminence. -An Arcane Focus will not decrease the amount of emotes needed to establish a full connection, as stated earlier a Voidal Eminent will receive none of the boons an Arcane Focus has to offer. -If an Eminent is passively connected to the Void it will need to be apparent in your emotes because it is something that cannot simply be hidden once connected. -Only in a connected state can a Voidal Eminent find themself able to feel the effects of Clarity of Mind. Though it is strictly a flavourful way to intensely focus on tasks, situations, or scenarios which require good thought or intuition and not a metagaming tool. -With this advanced connection, the mage has the ability to sustain a spell without having to maintain direct eye contact. This does not remove the requirement for eyes however, due to the mage still needing to be able to see their target in order to cast. This simply removes their requirement to constantly be looking at the spell. Though only for a limited amount of time. This does not mean that the spell will permanently be conjured within the world, the spell will still abide by its respective redlines. Though the caster will be able to break a line of sight with the spell for 3 emotes, after such the spell will disappear. Unless they re-establish eye contact with the spell. If the caster's connection to the void is thwarted then the spell is also dispelled alongside it like normal. This does not permit dual casting in any form. Until the spell the caster is casting has either been launched or canceled they cannot cast a separate spell. If the caster walks out of range of the spell the spell will disappear. This does not grant a translocationist the ability to teleport through solid objects. Tier Progression Tier 1 A Magi familiar with Voidal Eminence would begin to feel the physical and mental changes rather rapidly onset, likely causing some mental instability and physical confusion; resulting in cold or fever-like symptoms as the body adjusts to changes. The user will also find themself constantly emitting aura without the ability to control it though finding access to Aura Sensory. This Tier lasts two weeks. Tier 2 A Magi familiar with Voidal Eminence would have the physical and mental changes apply in full at this point, becoming more solid and far less afflictive. They would begin to understand the basic core of what they are capable of; finding themselves able to use Expulsion. Though still unable to grasp a proper control over their aura, still finding themself constantly emitting a strong aura. This Tier lasts two weeks. Tier 3 A Magi familiar with Voidal Eminence would be much more controlled and understanding of their abilities, grasping at the finer edges of their practice; able to utilize Incanter’s Flow and Overcast in their casting. This stage will also signal a mastery over this Feat, thus meaning that the Eminent will gain full control over their voidal connection. Allowing them access to Advanced Connection. 15. well, i think its good to see you're giving lore writing a try although being very new to the server. i also think that this submission is very well written and thought out however, with all lore writing, if what you're writing attempts to serve a niche that has already been filled then it is likely it won't be accepted. what i mean is that housemagery already have spells capable of doing the things this piece has attempted to add to it, minus the combative use. which leads to my next qualm with this piece: housemagery is meant to be strictly non-combative. the only spell capable of really inflicting harm to others would be the home defense spell, and even that can only be used inside your home in self defense. you can't even harm the person that greatly, only light bruising and such until they leave the home. if you do like the idea of having a combative telekinetic magic on the server i suggest you write a separate piece to housemagery entirely. because both housemagery and transfiguration are capable of non-combative telekinetic feats already, thus filling the niche you are attempting to fill.
  16. should add kae and heya under less common ive seen them used and have used then myself a few times Kae: I, me, my (depending on the context of the way its used ex: kae llir, being translated to my friend) Heya: What other than that i think this is great for new players/elves that dont want to sit through hours of learning a new language in order to communicate with other elves
  17. A member of the Mages Guild, a brown elf scans over the missive before chuckling to himself. "Sounds as if utter garbage is being spread throughout the land. I knew we had enemies, but I didn't think they'd go as far as to fabricate rumors" The mali walked away from the missive scoffing "What a childish mess"

[!] And so we return To a home deep in the north Shrouded by the darkness of the night that fell upon it Frigid temperatures seeping into the home Paving their way towards snowy haired elf stationed at his desk Grazing his caramel skin with its frosty touch Moonlight accompanies it in its endeavor Though None of it seemed to bother him He wrote and wrote Tired but determined Determined to finish his fleeting thought Press it to paper before it danced from his mind His pen hit the paper like a sweet melody Engraving its ink into the pages ever so elegantly Until It left Pranced its way from the forefront of of his consciousness "Maybe... Maybe its time for me to rest..." Said the elf as he pondered his next move How long had it been since he last slept? Tap Days? Tap Weeks? Tap Tap Months...? Tap Who knew? Tap Tap Who cared? Tap- It'd been so long that counting the days had grown useless His body's looming fatigue was something he'd be used to Going to sleep was what seemed foreign to him by this time Something he was no longer used to, yet he tried to all the same Creak He peered out the window again The moonlight began to dance upon his glossy eyes Silently blessing his iris' with a gorgeous reflection painted upon them For many moments he found himself locked in its magnificent light Mindlessly staring as the courage to tear from it slowly mustered within him His gaze now rested upon his vacant bed as he fell into more thought Pondering Pondering.. Pondering... The silence.. The silence was... loud Deafening even "Again...?" It echoed through the room, chuckling lightly This time though The elf's reaction was... different Instead of breaking down He stood there In the silence he'd turn Turn to the direction of the voice Though Again No one was there But he knew that already He's always known that He's always... refused resented hated That voice The man that laughed in the dark The person he hated most Water sprinkled his cheeks Dancing upon them as it glistened in the moonlight Silently glazing his tired features Standing there Encapsulated by his own thoughts "Perhaps... I was not as tired as I once thought..." Stumbled through his lips Bouncing from tooth to tooth as it escaped his mouth Pursued by a sniffle Tap "I think... its time for a brief walk" Tap Tap THUD He awoke The sunlight now bleeding into the room The frost still chilling his form A familiar severed hand prodding at his face with its chilled index
