  1. Shipwrecked on the inner coast of the swamps, a batch of red hair moved and grumbled near the wreckage. The woman sat up, looking around her at the broken wood and crates. She frowned as she soon realized that she was the sole survivor of a ship lost to a storm. Olive 'Ash' Tanner pushed the muck and blood that stuck to her face off before looking through the 'surviving' pieces. She soon pulled out a single bottle of alcohol, the same one her mother Ashlynn Tanner left for her before she died. Holding the bottle by the neck she moved to the water's edge and washed her face clean before treading through the environment. Soon she made it to the roads, reading and following the signs that pointed towards Haense's capital. Olivia trudged through the dirt and soon passed through the open back gate. She continued to follow the roads inside of Haense's high walls, they themselves leading her to the tavern and to the sweet heat of the fireplace that stood in front of her. "Guess Oi finalleh made it mum." Olive sat down on the closet chair to the fire, "Are ye smilin' down on meh yet?" Olive 'Ash' Tanner Born in 1851 (SA 55) Human Female Olive wears similar, or even the same, clothing her mother wore before her when she lived in Haense. Like her mother before her, she has a bad drinking habit and an accent that can be hard to understand. Fiery red hair, and an even more fire in her personality, she is waiting for whatever awaits her.
  2. Amelia Geunevere Mondblume is sad by the factor of most of her family being gone, but agrees with the third choice. "Ich just hope da Mondblume name ist nicht lost to time."
  3. [!] A black raven flies over trees and nations to bring a letter that may never be read. 20th of Malin's Welcome, SA 72 Dear Fitz, I do not know where you have gone, but I hope you are safe. The Guenevere's have been removed from Elysium; I forget for what, but I know that they are gone from there now. The manor feels empty, more than it already did. My Pa isn't around much, and Mica left to explore the world to her heart's content, I wonder if you are doing the same. I've slowly lost motivation in my craft over the years, but I picked up needle and thread and created a new dress. Maybe I can find a girl in Haense that will like it. It is made of a soft cream top with a dotted blue skirt lined with red at its borders, truly a nice match don't you think? Maybe I can make another version of it too, one in green and yellow. I miss you, I truly do, not a day goes by where I don't think of what you are doing and working on. Every part of me wants to help you, to be near you but I know you always did keep me away from the work you did. I remember years of our lives together, but now it only feels like we just met all over again. And in some truth, we did, you met me again for a second time. As heartbreaking that interaction was, it only fueled me to stay by your side and help you back to your place of standing, even if I failed ultimately. If you ever call to find me, I will be moving back to Haense. As much as I love Elysium for raising me and sheltering me for most of my life, none of my family resides there anymore. My aunt that raised me when my Pa couldn't is elsewhere, my Pa himself is never home it seems, and the child I helped raise is traveling the world. I have more resting in Haense than I do Elysium, but I will always visit when I can. When you do come back, I will wait for you with open arms and hopefully you the same for me. The love of my life, may you come back in peace. With Love, Amelia Guenevere Mondblume

  5. "Rutherns" Adele Ludovar shook her head, the grayed woman sitting up in her office space within Barclay Bargains™. "Mein vater was right to nicht like them, und as am I."
  6. Mink hugged her father back, a sigh of relief escaping her. She dearly missed the feeling of her father's hugs. "Alive and well, I was cooking for the family for a while." She quipped, giving a smile back to her father. Her image was that of her prime.
  7. Mink stood within the kitchen kneading the dough and getting it ready to set out to rise. Under her breath she sang a lullaby, one that her father would’ve sung to her when she was younger. It was before dawn, a time that was often for Mink to wake up. Even as a noble woman, she desired more to clean and see the happy smiles and full stomachs of her family than any gold or coin. Turning away from the kitchen she walked into the off-room parlor. Taking a seat next to the portrait of the Vuiller family she sighed at the sight of it. It pulled her heartstrings, seeing everyone so happy, and most likely the only painting of her father. She placed her hand over her chest, gripping the shirt of her dress as her heart tightened more. Something wasn’t right, her body hurt and suddenly she was on the floor. In her fleeting moments she thought back on her life. A young girl by the name of Mink Vuiller ran around the streets of Oren, looking around for her family. She soon stopped outside one of the many tall buildings and listened to the loud voice of her father coming from within. Soon Mink was greeted with more of her family, her siblings and distant cousins. The girl hid next to her proud father, Cardinal Johan Vuiller, watching with squinted eyes at all the people around her. The party dispersed and she left with her cousin, helping carry her sleeping brother into the cathedral. A few years later Mink was within Southbridge, hiding with her sister and other women as it was attacked. The almost teen would glare frequently at the duchess that resided in the same room as them. She grew to despise the woman even more when she pulled the hair out of Ravn Vuiller's scalp. When they all fled back to Providence Mink wanted to leave the group, but did not as her father was there at the gates when she arrived. Minutes later they were within the palace, and stuck within one of the many rooms. Mink was grumbling at her sister next to her as the Duchess went into another room with her father. Frequently her eyes wandered over to the armored man that the Duchess had picked up for ‘protection’. “I don’t see why I need to stay here- why we have to stay here.” Mink crossed her arms as she looked over at the Dutchess’ daughter that stood on the other end of the room. Mink was running through the streets of Oren, laughing at her escape from the room and essentially the palace. She could hear her father’s booming voice behind her, and it only made her move faster. Soon the gates to the city were in sight as she took the citizen doors and made her way down the long stairs. As her flats touched the solid earth she looked at the road signs, taking a sharp right and running over a bridge. Eventually Mink stopped running as she had landed in New Esbec, and the smell of cooking meat wafted to her from the local tavern. During many nights Mink would leave the safety of her home and take the trek to New Esbec to learn how to fight. During those nights the dark elf that was training her, Hans, would let her ask about her old wounds and of his past. The two became close friends, and soon Hans had gifted her a Dwarven Greataxe. “It is special, so take good care of it.” He smiled at her as she learned how to properly use the weapon. Years had passed, and Mink grew into a young lady. Over those years Mink had been cooped up mostly within her room reading and doing lazy sketches. When she did leave her home, she met nice men her age, and for a while she did adore one but he turned and left with no trace. Many times this would happen to her, a man seemingly made to be her other would walk in and then out of her life. It confused and frustrated her, and it led her to leave on an expedition for many a year. Mink’s life continued like this till she settled and decided to start writing a book. Giving up on her own hope of love, she wrote and wrote drafts to day's ends. With the help of her sister they would both dable into sewing, and creating outfits, but it never stuck to Mink like her writing did. But as a war grew and soon broke out, Mink would not have the peace she needed. So for the first few years of the war, Mink stayed away from her family and went to other nations. Under the name Nerza, Mink would write her stories in peace. She was growing old and gray in a few spots in her hair, and it helped put a new perspective into her mind. Within her downtime, Mink would spoil local youths and give them mina or toys or sweets and it brought her great joy to see that smile upon their faces. Near the end of the war, Mink returned to her family and at their new estate. She smiled at the large lake within the center of the land as her brother Rev Vuiller approached her. The two triplets hugged and talked about the time that they had missed from one another. Rev even showed her a room where she could call her own. Old and graying, Mink confined herself to the cleanliness of the fortress-like keep. Keeping what semblance of a routine she would wake early to make breakfast for the family, occasionally taking the help of the younger generations. While everyone else was out and about Mink would sweep, dust, polish and shine everything she could. Her days were simple to her, cook, clean and rest. Mink’s life had been awry, and all over the place. And in her fleeting moments of life, she wished for nothing more than for the relief from it all. And that is what she gotten that when she breathed her last breath.
  8. Amelia Ferinn Mondblume sat on a blanket within Elysium's park, hidden under shaded trees. Four years of emotional pain and distance sat within her eyes, looking at her bird which flew down to her. Two letters placed into her hands, eyes drifting to the Mondblume seal first and opening it. Reading the letter slowly her eyes began to swell with tears, she couldn't finish reading it as shocked sobs escaped her mouth. The Mondblume had just lost another loved one, falling deeper down into her pit of despair.
  9. Amelia Mondblume would write several letters, even leaving some pages of her written diary within his room at the palace. Each was stained with some dried tears or a longing kiss mark. Each and everyone was addressed to Fitzgerald de'Astrea.
  10. Yes, discord works if you can't find me ingame!
  11. Adele Ludovar looked down at the letters that was hidden away. She read each one as tears fell from her eyes. Her husband's death had already beaten her up, now looking at the letters it just added more fuel to the crying fire. "Ich hate it when Ich am right..." She'd mutter into her arms, dropping the letters to burn in the fireplace. Adele had known something was up when he went to Elysium, wanting to be alone. And she found out why years later.
  12. A Letter to The Vuiller Family To My Dearest Family, I know this letter will find you in shambles, and maybe the estate in havoc. I have decided to walk away from Oren, to have one last journey of the roads. I have done this to all of you several times before, but I don't regret it. I love you all very dearly, and it is by my desire to see what has changed within the years I have been at home. I am not running from problems, nor hoping to create any, I just wish to feel the same sort of freedom I felt when I was younger. Rev if you are reading this, I am sorry for never being there to pull my share of the family. I feel like I have let everyone down under several circumstances. Ravn I am sorry that I never helped to start and further our plans of making clothing together. I failed you personally with that. And to all my cousins, whom I hope are well, I pray for your save keeping and for your children's as well. War is never a fun time, and I pray one day I can come back without there being any calls of war on the roads. To the nephews and neices I never got to meet, and I fear never will, be strong and fight for your family. Hold the values high and you too will soar like an eagle. Sincerly, Mink Vuiller Mink sighed as she sealed the envelope with their crest. She left it where anyone could find it, and turned on her heel, mounted her hoarse, and disappeared.
