    Second question; Would having no application but instead a waver that has no invasive questions and only needs to be posted (accepted upon posting) be better than VA's? Or do you just want them gone.

      It's a pure question folks, there's no need to get upset over it. I'm not saying that's the new system I'm seeing how people respond to the concept which you're showing me in some portion. Thanks for your response.
