      I agree that is how someone would argue it in a court of law. Problem is, past precedence shows them being very open with how their users adapt the code.

      They literally say nothing about disallowing charge-for-plugin-access. Only concerning money and items. They mention "same gameplay features" but only mention items specifically, things that are physical not more abstract like lwc or protection regions.
