Wait why is this trial pick a result of bias? I don't see why that would be the case, Wiseacres isn't anyone special, she gave a good interview and while I've heard her app received criticism she made efforts later to make right on them.

It is obvious there are many better alternative candidates; She has been reported for abuse and bias by members in the past, and it seems none of that was taken into account. The feedback on her app was not worked on in any way, shape, or form, aside from a recent slew of inactivity. Her work as an ED has been underwhelming at most, she has not followed through on any projects (Monk market) she has claimed to be in charge of. She is close friends with Ski, Tahmas, and apparently now Fyaa, and has a very strict clique with Ski which has been around for months now. Because there were better options, and yet she was chosen anyways, it is obvious it was a case of bias, and not a case of choosing the best option for the team. There were other more well-rounded, less disliked, more responsible, more respectable, and more experienced individuals who have open Trial apps; Yet they were ignored, and the individual who was accepted is someone who is a close friend of the above listed. For Ski's part, he is also obsessively defensive of her in ED manager chat, which is further evidence that he is too biased towards her to safely be responsible for judging her trial app or her trial itself in a fair and unbiased manner.

Contrary to popular opinion, in actual business, one does not hire their "friends". No matter how much they claim they are unbiased, it is impossible to prove in the corporate world. If you are friends with someone and they apply to your business, to work on your team, under your management, it is a conflict of interest which is immediately recognized and any good business, manager, and HR team will not allow the hire to happen.
