      They're armbands that represent their traditional heraldry and ancestry as they are Caerngard who follow Kaedreni cultural customs, a lot of those being similar to the Rose's practice as they did indeed establish the Kingdom of Kaedrin.

      Elves mature physically the same as humans until they stop aging in their twenties, so whenever humans get wisdom teeth.

      No idea about clerics...

      Dryads essentially get a 'freebe' when there's a world change. They are allowed to move their tree to an appropriate location in the new map with no problems, or questions asked. Normally, however, a tree would have to die, and its Amber Seed (I think that's what it's called) moved and replanted, though this can only happen once.

      Parallel means something is simply going in the same direction. It can be a huge distance apart.
