So I was just told Joaquin Phoenix is to play Dr. Strange. I am still honestly surprised. I think Liam Nii-san would be much better for the role since he could pull off the look along with the way he speaks in my opinion. Thoughts?
Those are two different aspects of comics you are thinking of. Ra's is in DC and if he played Dr. Strange, he would be Marvel. The same goes for Ryan Reynolds. It is perfectly fine for them to star in two different universes, as long as they dont play two different heroes in the same universe.
