Perhaps a few things here and there, but the current restrictions are annoying. I haven't left because I keep giving the server a chance (which I have done since 2012), waiting for the day things are fun again as Matt said.

Not to sound harsh or forward buddy, but if you are "waiting" for the day things are fun again it will never come. It will not be handed to you, nor will it just appear. It is up to you, the player, to make things fun again for yourself. You have all the tools to have fun and all the tools to succeed, but if all you do is wait then it is all for naught. It's like that for me a lot. If I log on and there's more than 120+ people, I can't play because it is way too laggy. And I have a pretty good laptop that's only a few months old.

I issue warnings as I see fit to those I find breaking the rules. I inform a staff member about the situation and proceed with my standard role-play, or try to fix the situation on my side. I've never had to report anyone, and everything has been solved much faster and with less stress.

Bring it up with the leader of the team they're on.

Being part of the staff does not make you superior. You become inferior, in a figure of speech, because you are now part of the supports for the playerbase. You are doing a service, not enjoying a reward. Again, you are doing the community a favor, and are a figure of authority and, even though you shouldn't demand it, you deserve respect. However, no one is superior nor inferior, above or below anyone.
