how is it in anyway fair to force someone to admit their alleged wrongdoing before interacting with them at all so that they can even view the evidence which proves that they did indeed do it, let alone even try to argue why they didnt do something
its incredibly backwards and beyond unfair

Yeah thats a bit silly @argle-bargle. But I mean with justified cases of bans; especially permanent ones. Permas aren't handed out often, when they are it's usually quite a big deal.

@Jaeden I’ll 100% agree with permas but with the introduction of community guidelines they basically now have a way to keep someone permanently banned without giving them a permanent ban like ?

@argle-bargle Sorry, it doesn’t look like the two of us can have a discussion. I will say this though, if you care. Most guidelines violations have been appealed, and are appealed frequently. Did you know Dewper once appealed a guidelines violation? It means the administration would like to hold dialogue. They don’t last long unless you’re unwilling to discuss how we can move forward.
