    TO be perfectly fair serenityonyx so called ***********ing isnt even bad... yes its in detail off what the characters were doing and hints at the subject but does it say what they were doing exactly ? No.. Not really. People need to get a grudge off there shoulders and lighten up, we are ment to be a big family community..

      A monk's job is to bring people back from the dead. Who do you think revives you when you die ICly? They bring you back to life and let you go in the temple. And you lose 30 minutes of memory and can't return to your death point.

      If the only way you can avoid death from an aggressor is to somehow burn them to death (push them to lava), then I'd assume its okay because you are provoked to do so

      If it is anything other then self-defense, you would need 2b at the least for torture.

      It could also be if your character is aggravated enough such that he would not feel right doing anything except attacking the person. However, burning someone to death seems a little harsh, and people will probably complain if you attack them without a VA, even if it is within the rules. So I wouldn't do that.
