Zogrocka'Rax, The Rex, would hike the Savanna region of his War Nation, all but unaware of the Azog's daunting offense. [[Gotta deny conquest and a few of these rules, would like to change many things around before I accept this.]]

The Rex, Zogrocka'Rax, would stand atop the Orc's rejuvenated savanna-plateau. Krughai, Keshig, and the common Orc worker would be summoned to the Rex's presence by the sound of a horn echoing across the savanna. Upon the Orc's instant arrival, the Rex would speak... "Throm'ka, Uruks," he'd speak, the common reply being returned "The War Nation has changed much under my rule, however, the spirits are telling me that great battles are coming and advised me to encourage all Orcs to take defensive initiative against all who enter our grounds." "I would start off with the Druids of the Mother Circle, they have recently visited me after the incident with the Wolf Druid. All druids that follow the Mother Circle's ideals are to be spares, for they are grand friends to us now, and have agreed to look after the Orcish wildlife within the savanna, moving animals to our wide hunting grounds. All Orcs are to halt on hunting until these animals have had a chance to repopulate, then Orcs are free to hunt them for food." "The Druids of the Spring Grove are to remain neutral as of yet, so they claim to be neutral against the Orenian cause. If they so attack an Orc, a shaman, or an ally of ours, they shall feel the wrath of the War Nation." "I would secondly address our stance in the war... All Dwarves are to remain unharmed, this goes along with Dunamis, Kharajyr, and Caliphate. Azogs are still to remain a kill-on-sight clan and the rule will still remain, all who support the Azogs will be treated like an Azog. The Humans have decided to fight with our Azog enemy, therefor they are treated like an Azog, no mercy will be given to them whatsoever. Our war effort against the Orenian army shall remain the way it was."' "I shall now address our much needed Targoth. Currently, there are no Orcs who strike my eye as an able commander; for now, Zar'roc will be our temporary Targoth. Both Warbosses are to be Shreck'Lak, and Grazadh'Gorkil. Nob positions are to be klomped for in four moons." "Recently, an Orc has been threatening my right as ruler. Hu-din'Lak has decided he can command the Krughai without taking orders from me. He will be made an example of what happens to Orcs when they do not take orders, Hu-din'Lak is to be made a Pug. If an Orc is to walk by him on a road, he is to beat him down to his knees and leave him there until he decides to get up again. He shall not wear our armor, he will carry a stone sword and a banner into battle. He is to be addressed as 'Pug', not Hu-din. He will be unpugged when he realizes who gives commands in this nation. For now, feel free to humiliate 'Pug'."

The Return Of Some Friendly Faces

Ugh, Mentors were total bs and just tools to make the staff's jobs easier. -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oBvNFMt9Ic The Krughai The Krughai are the Orc’s main fighting force. The vast army used to be a practitioner of both tactics and war machines, however through various Rexes they turned into an unorganized horde with little to no sense of leadership. The Krughai has been reformed and will be restored in organization. Targoth This position within the Krughai is the most vital. The Targoth is the general of this army and only takes orders from the Rex or Dominus. However, this position is appointed by the Rex, and the Rex only can appoint a Targoth. Warboss This position within the Krughai is meant to install and engrave order into the runts/nobs. Warbosses must enforce their Targoth’s word, fail to do so is punishment, the degree is the Targoth’s decision. Warbosses are appointed by the Targoth Nobs Nobs are meant to pass the word around during battle, they are only there to pass around what the Targoth tells to the warbosses. If they change words or commands, or disorganize the army by one bit are subjected to punishment, the degree is again the Targoth’s decision. Runts Default rank. Runts are the bloodthirsty Orcs of the army, they are assigned to inflict the most damage possible to their enemy. If a runt tries to take command themselves, they will be punished severely. Pugs The scum of the Orcs, are meant to be constantly whipped and beaten until they learn their lesson. They are forced to carry around the War Nation banner during fights, and are given the shittiest armour the Nation makes. This rank is assigned only by Targoth, Dominus, or Rex. The Rules What an Orc loots is what an Orc loots, what’s theirs is theirs. The only way to take something from an Orc is to klomp them for it, fail to do so and said convicted will be held as a thief and dishonorable. Warbosses and above are allowed to issue/conduct raids. If you conduct/issue a raid and you are not a Warboss or above, you will be instantly demoted to runt or pug. Listen to your superiors, fail to do so and the punishments are for the Targoth to decide. Cheating in a klomp will be an instant demotion and gang beat. If you are to klomp an Orc for their Krughai rank, then it is the challenged who gets say in what type of klomp it may be, and what the boundaries are. If the challenged gives unfair rules, it is the Targoth’s decision whether they are runted or pugged.

XSkip is probably one of the most driven people I've met on the server. Lately he's been trying to create events with the Orcs which is a huge +1. Managers, if you want a guy with high quality RP, determination, and loyalty, choose XSkip.

The War Nation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hgHZxvt_W5A The War Nation is home to the clans of the Orcs. There is no room for adventure in these lands, for it is filled with barbaric and territorial Orcs, and if they don’t claim you, the harsh Savanna will. Each clan within this nation has a Warlord, one to lead every clan. The leader of the Orcs as a whole is known as the Rex, the smartest and strongest of all Orcs. The Laws Universal Laws: Cowardice, duplicity, greed and over-promiscuity are all dishonourable traits. Orcs who exhibit these traits too greatly may be named pug or whitewash. Might makes Right: Martial and physical strength carries a lot of influence among Orcs. It is acceptable to use threats of violence against other orcs, and to enforce those threats as long as you don’t kill or maim them. All Strengths are Valued: Whilst martial and physical strength are considered a primary source of strength, there is honour in being strong of the mind or spirit. However, an Orc must try not to neglect any of these strengths: dumb brutes are just as disdainful as smart weaklings. Whether you are Uruk, Goblin, or Olog, you should try to seek strength in all areas as much as nature allows. Theft is dishonorable, however, stealing from someone who is dishonorable is not. Orcs can steal from pugs or whitewashes, or any other pink skin who shows no honorability. A personal insult is the same as a challenge to a fight. Note that boasting is not an insult. You can say, “My blade is better than yours,” and that doesn’t justify being attacked. Orcs frequently go back and forth with boasts as a social contest. It can be something done in good spirit between friends, with the loser buying the next round of drinks. On the other hand, if you tell an orc, “You smell pretty, like an elf,” that is definitely a challenge. It is unquestionably true that physical strength holds pride of place in orcish society. Thus, a frail or crippled orc child would be considered a source of weakness, and shall be culled via abandoning deep in the desert. But conversely, an orc child that survives and returns stronger is considered blessed by the Old father. Older Orcs that no longer are able to aid the Orcish society in any way, must seek an honorable death. Being a burden is dishonorable. Half-Orcs cannot breed into the bloodlines and cause further weakness in future generations. Loot and Pillage is the right and way of life of Orcs and no one not even the Rex can deny an Orc that. A leader that does not allow raids and plunder is no leader at all. If an Orc loots an object, it's their's. Orcs to an orc, the weak are simply weak, and are beneath them in society, all other races are weak. Disputes: Fighting: Non-lethal(Unarmed, or Wooden Weapons), one-on-one conflict between the disputing parties. Anybody present is more or less required to gather around and act as a living arena wall for the people involved. Missile weapons and magic are not allowed. The fighting judgment is used for any kind of minor dispute where the truth is unclear. Killing your opponent in this kind of fight usually results in a death sentence for you. The idea is to disable them as much as possible so that, in addition to being proven wrong, they are unable to do anything for hours or days. If one party cannot be expected to fight, they can take a few minutes to try and find someone to represent them. If they can’t find someone, or if they refuse to try, they automatically lose the dispute. Combat: This is similar to Fighting but allows the use of weapons. The bout can be immediate or as late as the next morning – no later than that. This punishment is used to resolve serious disputes, such as accusations of murder, dishonor, or grand theft. The combatants can use what ever weapons or armor they deem fit, it does not need to be fair. Killing one’s opponent is acceptable, but sometimes an orc gains honor or additional concessions by sparing the opponent. It is acceptable to hold the defeated opponent at sword point asking for an apology and one of his boars, in exchange for his life. Any such deal must be announced openly. If the loser accepts, his life is protected. The judge of the fight can also declare a winner and an end, if neither side seems fit to make a determination (for example, if they are both too weakened or too drunk to speak). In this case, the declared winner has the right to execute the loser. Death: This is reserved for cases where the accused has fled a previous honor combat, has been declared a disgrace, is a known cheater, argues too much with the Judge, or otherwise is not suitable for combat. A peaceful Orc or very feeble person would also fall into this category. In this case, the Judge or his subordinate will simply drive a dagger through the chest or neck of the accused. If the accused is somehow able to escape or avoid death, they become a fugitive and anyone can kill them for a reward. Legal Judges are the Rex, Dominus, Warlords, or the Motsham. Domestic Laws: -Do not take action on something that will affect the War Nation directly, if you have the urge to, ask for the Rex’s consent. (Depends on degree. Ranges from 1 - 3) -Whitewashes shall be killed on sight. Protecting a whitewash is not allowed. (Tier 3) -Pugs shall be treated like skah. Do not stand up for Pugs. (Tier 2) -Respect the words of Elders, Warlords, the Dominus, and the Rex. (Tier 3) -The Rex’s word is law, all who oppose it will be demoted to pug or whitewash. Do not second-guess your leader. (Tier 3) -If an Orc uses magic anywhere or ever, they will be deemed whitewash and hunted down. (Tier 4) -Tribute must be upheld. (Tier 2) -FOLLOW THE BUILDING RULES. (Tier 1) -Follow the universal law. (Depends on degree. Ranges from 1 - 4) -Do not challenge the Rex to a klomp for his position if you are not the Dominus. (Tier 3) Punishments: Tier 1: breaking a tier 1 law will earn you a beating and your house pissed on. Tier 2: breaking a tier 2 law will earn you a gang beating and public humiliation. Tier 3: breaking a tier 3 law will earn you a gang beat, public humiliation, and demotion to Pug. Tier 4: breaking a tier 4 law will earn you a slow, cruel, and utmost painful death. Dishonorable Pregnancy: unborn child will be beaten to death. The War Council The Rex The Rex is the absolute ruler of the Orcs. His words are law in the War Nation. He acts as the head of the war council and the shamanistic council. He is commonly known as the strongest and smartest Orc within the War Nation, his Dominus being second. Only the Dominus can challenge the Rex for his position. Zogrocka’Rax, The Rex. The Dominus The Dominus is the Rex’s right hand, his second in command, and commander of his Keshig. The Dominus is chosen by the Rex and cannot be klomped for his position. Only the Dominus can challenge the Rex for his title. Zar’roc’Yar, The Dominus The Motsham The Motsham is the Rex’s spiritual advisor. He is the eldest and most powerful shaman throughout the War Nation. He often decides which Orcs are ready to learn shamanism and progress further down the line. He is to hold all spiritual knowledge the nation has, and it is his duty to protect it, speak it, and show it. Buubztik’Lur, The Motsham The Warlords The Warlords are leaders of each clan, they are representatives and are meant to speak for their clan. Only Warlord clans can have a seat in the War Council. Zogrocka’Rax, Warlord Buubztik’Lur, Warlord Malog’Yar, Warlord Grool’Gorkil, Warlord Shreck’Lak, Swamplord The Keshig The Keshig are the guardians of the War Council, the finest bred of Urukhai warriors. They are to enforce the Rex/War Council’s words and keep everything in check. They are also the finest equipped warriors in all the nation, being gifted with legendary weapons that rival the Orc’s ancient craft. The Dominus leads this fighting force, and makes sure they are in check. Zar’roc’Yar, The Dominus Eath’Lur, Keshig Grug’Lak, Keshig Domestic Officials Yazgurten Chosen based off build prowess, organization and how active the Orc is in society. The job of the Yazgurten is to build for the War Uzg while also recruiting new skilled workers to aid him in his duties. The Yazgurten is also responsible in creating events such as massive building projects, bazaar/market events, and auctions. They are also in charge of maintaining and running the Trog marketplace. Grool’Gorkil’Azog, The Yazgurten Grubgoth The head farmer and cook of the War Uzg, they manage the farms and farmers and are in charge of feeding the War Nation, they have an extremely important job and should be respected. It is a selfless job, a hard job. Rap’Lur, The Grubgoth Diplomacy Oren - Hostile High Elves - Hostile Wood Elves - Hostile Grand Kingdom of Urguan - Defensive Pact Kharajyr - Friendly The Shire - Food Dunamis - War Ally/Tribute Supplier The Caliphate - War Ally/Tribute Supplier Azogs - Extremely Hostile

[Translated for better understanding.] Zogrocka’Rax, the newly appointed Rex, would lower himself into the klomping pit, plenty of Orcs gathering around the edges of the pit. Many would stare in shock or in awe of this new Rex, listening attentively. The Rex would conduct the first speech of his rule, laying down his terms. “Greetings my brothers,” he’d start the speech off with, allowing the Orcs to all reply “Today I will lay down the terms, the terms that will restore honour to our society, that will banish the dead, and will bring power back to the orcish people, my brothers.” “I would start with the treaty with the Grand Kingdom is nullified, the peoples as a whole have no common interest in this contract. From here on I declare the War Nation to officially break off from this treaty, and instead show interest to form a pact with the Dwarven peoples.” “The second thing I must address is militarizing our people. For many months we have been running in weak and unsturdy armour, sitting ducks for our Human and Azog enemy. The time has come for all Orcs to be enlisted automatically in the Uruk workforce for the betterment of our people. We will begin with building a grand fort where the San’Vitar ruins are! We will then craft armour that will challenge the great Dwarven armour, weapons that will be able to cut our enemies down in one fatal swipe!” “With this new enemy in mind, the Azogs, I have yet to announce their formal banishment from the War Nation and from ever ascending to the spirit realm. All known clan members of the Azogs are to be killed on sight with no mercy shown. They shall never feel another shred of hope or honor. All who are killed are to be impaled on pikes for their Azog kin to see if they dare enter our territory.” “The Keshig are to be mobilized instantly and armed with the nation’s finest weapons and armor, they will be a force that will be feared by the cruel High Elves. The Krughai are to also be mobilized instantly and battle the Azogs at any given time, they are always to be ready and armed.” “I shall formally make the War Council which will consist of myself, my Dominus, the Motsham, and all Wargoths. My new Dominus is Zar’roc’Yar, he has shown his strength on the battlefield and at the anvil. The Motsham remains as Buubztik’Lur. The clans which are considered Wargoth are Lak, Lur, Yar, Rax, Gorkil.” “Now finally, I will issue those who have been banished from the Orcs. All Azogs are banished. All Doms are banished if they show loyalty to their clan. All Kaxils are banished. Rusk’Dom is to remain banished. All who show loyalty to the Azogs will be banished and made a kill on sight.” “Long live the brothers of the War Nation.”

“Zu lat wannuh klomp mi, yub?” Rix would ask Zogrocka, the two standing alone in his hut with multiple guards outside. “Yub’n,” Zogrocka would simply reply, starring at Rix dead on. “Den mi hav tew ufficulli annuncze lat az mi Duminuz,” he’d say, making his way out of the hut as his voice would bellow throughout the Trog, “ZOGROCKA’RAX EM DOMINUZ!” The pair would make their way to the large and partially destroyed arena just outside of the flattened San’Vitar. Orcs would follow behind, some chanting Rix’s name, but the majority were chanting Zogrocka’s. They’d finally reach the ruined city, both hopping into the arena as Phaedrus would bellow out loud once the two were ready, “GAHK,” “DUB,” “AZH,” “KLOMP!” Both Raxes would rush to each other, delivering a fury of fists towards each other. The fight would go on longer than a usual one, testing both orc’s endurance and fighting stamina. Finally Rix would be outworn, Zogrocka being a little himself, too. A sloppy fist would be sent towards Zogrocka’s jaw, being blocked, the second punch coming as Zogrocka would slam into Rix with enough force to knock him onto his back. Rix would slowly cough up blood as Zogrocka would kneel beside him, asking a question, “Doo lat gib ob?” “Lat hab takun mi duwn, agh lat em Rex nuw,” Rix would say, coughing up more blood before his head would flop backwards, the Orc dying… Zogrocka would not say a word after, picking up the brother’s body as he announces Rix’s burning and spreading of ash. He’d take the group of Orcs to the beach just outside of the trog, burning the carcass and dumping the ashes into the flowing river. A group of Azogs would appear behind the group, catching the Orcs off guard and armourless. In a blitz of fury, the Azogs would charge the defenders, striking the armourless Orcs down and murdering them in a cold blood, including the newly crowned Rex. The party of Orcs would awake to local shamans healing the gravely wounds on their body, informing the Rex of the Azog’s betrayal once again...

[Gave him roughly a week, he's never online, and when he is he isn't rping with us whatsoever. He missed a battle, a few raids, and an event. If you're going to be Rex it's something you have to be committed to, not something you can do over the forums or skype, or TS. You have to RP in-game and give Orcs the chance to actually RP with you. Chances won't be given to the one who won't commit. OOC reasoning, but please refrain from OOC discussion. Whatever IC opinion you have post here, whatever OOC opinion you have, direct it to me OOCly.] -
[Translated to English for all to read.] 11th of The Amber Cold, 1500. The Orcs would tirelessly move around the Trog, ologs moving heavy boulders for fortifications, Goblins crafting innovated war machines, and Orcs klomping each other and settling their local disputes. Every Orc would be seen, whether it be a Lur, a Gorkil, or a pug. All were there except the Rex, for days he has been missing. Zar’roc’Yar, the Targoth of the Krughai, would roar from the campfire area across from the klomping pit. All Orcs would summon themselves to the fire, propping themselves against a log, or some would stand to attention. The Targoth would gesture his hand towards a red orc, Zogrocka’Rax, the Wargoth of the Rax clan and the recently demoted Dominus. The large Orc would stand up, approaching the fire pit as he’d exchange headbutts with the Targoth. Zogrocka wouldn’t hesitate to conduct a speech he’s been repeating to himself for days, perhaps weeks… “Greetings, Orcs,” he’d say, some Orcs replying with a greeting also, or others nodding their head in solemness “It has been many a moon since I’ve last seen myself bearing the title of Dominus… I have formally to announce my disappointment in our new Rex, our new Dominus, the new treaty that was just signed the opposing moons.” Some Orcs would nod in agreement, some may lean in closer due to interest, or some may be eager to hear what rebuttal Zogrocka has towards the present war nation. “Shar’ku wanted a mighty nation, one that was independent in its politics, and one that could stand alone without the help of the Dwarven capitalists. I wanted a mighty nation also, that would do Krug’s bidding at any possible moment, and one where Orcs wouldn’t cower in fear of an opposing power, one where dishonor was taken as an offense and acted upon… Brothers-- my brothers which stood beside me when the infamous Kaxils preached war, my brothers that stood beside me during the time of the Ugluk forts, my brothers who helped raise me: I have seen cowering, I have seen fear, and I have seen dishonor be committed and failed to be acted upon!” “WE HAVE LIVED THROUGH THE GREAT CLAN WARS, WE HAVE LIVED THROUGH THE RISING AND FALLING OF THE UNDEAD, WE ACTED UPON THEIR DISHONOR! THEN WHY FAIL TO ACT UPON THIS DISHONOR, MY BROTHERS?” “A great war is coming, one that will test our strength, our might, our mentalities! This war shall not be remembered as one that was won upon the Dwarves and their allies! This war will be remembered as one that was struck to its knees by the united clans of Krugmar!” Orcs would yell, chant their ancestor's names before themselves. Zogrocka would remain from an excited composure, staying perfectly calm and well-gathered. “But one will stop us. One will halt our productivity, our fighting power, our will. Rix, the slayer of Shar’ku, the unproductive, the believer in capitalism and papered contracts! It is our time to revolt, our time to win back our honorability and to punish our Rex for committing the crimes of murdering Shar’ku without an honorable burial, klomping for Rex without the given title of Dominus, and for refusing a Rexdom klomp!” “BROTHERS! IT IS TIME TO SLAY THIS DAEMON, HE IS NO RAX, HE IS NO REX, HE IS NO ORC! HIS MIND IS IN THE ASS OF CAPITALISM, HIS BLADE POINTED AT US, HIS HOSTAGES, AND HIS SHIELD AGAINST ME, THE ONE WHO SEEKS TO OVERTHROW HIM AND RESTORE AN ORDER TO THE ORCS THAT WILL BE FOREVER LASTING!” “WHAT SAY YOU? SHALL WE NOT RECLAIM OUR RIGHT, OUR INDEPENDANCE?” [For any and all Orcs, feel free to post.] TL:DR, Zogrocka is offering Orcs the opportunity to stand up against the dishonorable Rix'Rax.
-
Zogrocka'Rax lets out a bellowed sigh as he'd rub his forehead "Whai am Rix zo dum?" He'd ask, one of the many Orcs who detest the newly signed treaty.

Let me point some things out here, and I'll try to be clean on the OOC and just address RP as clearly as I possibly can. 1. We thought we had a tribute system set up with the wood elves. When Orcs set up a tribute system they're strict on it, this is not the first time in Orcish history Orcs have warclaimed/killed others for not paying their tribute. 2. Killing an Orcish representative who is posing a peaceful appearance is a dishonor, and a direct threat to the Orcish way of life. 3. Orcs are built around conflict, they will not hesitate to retaliate if something goes wrong in their eye. TL;DR, you poke the bear in the slightest it'll attempt to eat you.

Baiting? We're Orcs, a WAR nation. I'm not meaning to sound aggressive, but in our lore we aren't some sweet talkers who let a murder slip by.
