    Is a perma-ban in LoTC, literally a perma-ban? Or is there a chance the banned user will be unbanned after a set period of time?

      I don't think they're permabans so much as "until the staff decides to let you back in" bans. I've met people who overturned multiple permas.

      They might not ALWAYS be but take them seriously anyhow. They can be appealed, but it's very hard and depending on the offense the server might never let you appeal.
