      Telanir is currently working on optimization and making plugins work more efficiently. I believe he said that Nexus will actually reduce lag as plugins will more effectively communicate with eachother, or somethin' like that.

      Incorrect, whom is another way in which saying who, though it implies a slight difference in tone and sense. Though it is more of a verb it fits as well as who would.

      False. "Who" and "Whom" are subjective pronouns. "Whom" is used in an objective case, where as "Who" is used in the subjective case. Your status employed "Whom" incorrectly because it was subjective, not objective.
