Personally I dislike heavily the way the both of them conduct events, but if players like them , then who I am to judge. Yes and no. I could leave LotC if I realistically didn't have enough time for it. But it genuinely shaped and helped anxiety driven 14 year old me and taught me a variety of social skills and how to interact with people in general. Also was an amazing outlet for creativity, not feeling ashamed for writing fiction or fantasy based stuff Pun Majority of staff reforms I say this I'd love to see the server lore pushed into a coherent theme where players have real opportunities to shape things that they've put time into (but most likely it's going to be a train wreck and a group of 15 fixing everything lol) Played a Kha when they first came out, only time I would've played one again was when Freema made the clan of Aztec headhunter Kha. As long as there's players that enjoy being here, it'll never "die". The curse of eternity is here because it's compromised of multiple playerbases that'll phase and refresh the server in cycles People actually enjoying roleplay lol I've had a few continent wide NPC eventlines written up where people do diplomacy, trade routes and can go to war with external factions. so do i Race that should be phased out because their cultural uniqueness and other traits were made absolutely redundant once they left their original continent. Them being a vagrant race amongst the descendants is lame Probably 4.0~. It's hard to really judge. There's no real big period of great RP, it was just who I surrounded myself with at the time When my main group essentially phased out and I saw the direction the server was taking (especially human playerbase wise). No favourite place to roleplay with, it's mainly just looking for roleplayers that are dedicated and aren't ****. thanks i try my best. But legitimately the creation of a projectile weapon that mimics a crossbow in functionality and has a few strange alterations is not far fetched at all. This isn’t the introduction of machine guns or anything of the sort. It’s a very primitive weapon that simply shows slight innovation. Shooting dragons w/ cannons would be sick, but these aren’t miniguns and something people always hop and skip into. Just because there’s a small innovation in a projectile weapons, doesn’t open up the path for people to have machine guns and ak-47s and miniguns. If anything, this is just a re-skinned crossbow. edit : as phil said below. It’s also building the foundation for a bunch of innovations which seem plausible in a period where we have magic drills, people trying to make arcade machines and interdimensional rifts.
