No, Elysium only gave a tile temporarily so Dad Land could do conquest, which they wouldn't be allowed to normaly due to you needing to be next to your target. As for Dad Land subforum, it's apparently an alliance of 2 nations and a lair, with the lair being in charge so I guess no subforum, seems a bit wierd just like so many things with forum change.
