In every single map transition I've been part there has never been a mix up with who gets what boat.

because races who had built a boat and gathered the materials were denied and thrown on the GENERAL BOAT.

Seriously should've just let people have what boats they wanted, it might not have been as messed up as this was.
@sdj The dark elves were told that was their boat, then told by the orcs to get off, then told to get back on, then told by the staff to get off again, then finally had their actual boat copied in.
